Great place. I liked the surrounding, nature and paths.

Bathrooms were not very clean the 6 times I went there.

Best place to run in to the woods. Everyone runs at it's own pace. Better in the early morning.

Just piece of nature in the city , not many people , a lot to explore , different flora depending on height , starting from pines and ending on cactuses.. absolutely recomendable

What a fantastic park to run or just to admire nature in the big city of Mexico. They don’t allow animals, bikes, scooters. Everything is natural and there is Wi-fi available. Saturday and Sunday there is a market at the entrance where you can buy organic vegetables and fruits and some arts and a fantastic breads.

This place is amazing for walks and runs. If you are not use to run at 2000m of altitude and mostly up hill it may be hard, but the place is amazing. There are a lot of facilities, market stands with food, playground and lovely natural walks.

Great for runs. If you are following one of the secondary routes check the maps, you might get lost easily.

It is a great place to go running or hiking. The woods are beautiful and well taken care of. Unfortunately sometimes it is very overcrowded. There are security problems but now it seems to be well policed.

Escape the city noise in this wooded wonderland. Just a few minutes from a main highway, but secluded enough to feel like you are in a different world. Make sure to check out the black squirrels!!

Nice park if you are in the area - be aware that the gate is locked at 17:00 o'clock. I had to climb the fence to get out.

It's a beautiful forest in the middle of the city, a place to relax, to walk and forget about the city and the entire world, you can choose from walk the concrete path walk or adventure and take the forest path walk. It's a great place to go for a run, practice yoga or take your kids to play in their playground. It's important to say that pets and bicycles are not allowed, but you don't need them. It's one of my favorite hide outs since I was a kid.

Great place for running and hiking. Offers both a 886m tarmack track, and a 1km concrete one, as well as various circuits that travel through the park, offering different concrete routes from 2 to 6km and some mild trail running. Good for hikes and a general day out as well.

If you like nature and fitness this is the right place to spend an incredible and peaceful time surrounded by forest trees. There are also some facilities like a well conditioned track for runners and some outdoor games for kids.

Beautiful national park with great views, well-maintained trails, and even maps to show you where you are (a first for me in Mexico).

About a 15-20 minute walk from the Metrobus (Villa Olímpica), this place is great for a short hike, picnic, or run (there are several circuits, ranging from 1-6K and above). Looks like parking could be an issue on the weekends.

There are various police stations throughout the park, so it feels very safe.
