The service is one of the highlights of this hotel, the staff is always ready to help and satisfy the customers. I got sick during my stay here because of street food and the kitchen lady and staff made me light breakfast and overall took care of me. The service and quality of the hotel you get for the price is unique. The view, closeness to a mall, and having a pharmacy right next door are all more good things. Definitely will stay here next time I go back to CDMX.

I had to stay in this hotel for a quarantine, in September 2021, it was a lovely experience. The staff is very polite, they try to help you when you don't speak the language and they are always prompt to satisfy you. Honour mentions to Lurdes, the kitchen lady who is very sweet, and when i got sick after eating a street food, she served me fruits and lighter breakfast options.
Also, we unfortunately experienced an earthquake, which for my family was something very new and scary, since our hometown does't have those kind of things, however, the staff was so calm, patient and helpful, we waited safely at the lobby and they provided us water and blankets, since it was chilly that night.
Nice beds, clean rooms and hot showers, they don't have microwaves or refrigerators, however, the room views are breathtaking, especially if your room faces the back, whick provides mountain views.

Clean, very good location, excellent service and food, definitive if I go back to Mexico I will stay there!!

Me encantó ese hotel ya que me queda literal al lado de la clínica a la que he ido varias veces, las habitaciones nuevas y modernas, excelente servicio por parte de todo el personal y muy rico y variado el bufet del desayuno, muy amables todos

Hemos visitado el hotel con motivo del eclipse total de Sol. Excelente trato de la señorita Aleida. Siempre atenta y resolutiva a nuestras peticiones.

La ubicación muy bien, las habitaciones muy limpias, sugiero tengan más frazadas, lamentablemente vine cuando el clima estaba súper frío y las habitaciones son frías.

Si vista fue lo que más me encantoo , sus recamaras están de lujo ! Es como estar en el cielo con sus habitaciones tan hermosas y cómodas ! El servicio es porsupuesto excelente

Excelente ubicación, servicio y limpieza. Es la 2a vez que me hospedo ahí y me gusta. Muy cerca hay restaurantes muy buenos y recomendables a los que se puede llegar caminando. Aunque solo cuentan con servicio de desayuno americano hay posibilidad de acordar con el chef que prepare alguna comida o cena.

Отель очень понравился. Есть небольшой хороший спортзал, но не проветривается и запах напольного покрытия в помещении не приятный. Может со временем запах в спортзале выветрится, отель новый. На завтрак дают яичницу (чередуют в один день без ничего, в другой - с сосисками, в третий - с ветчиной), картофель, пюре из фасоли, какое-то местное блюдо с начос, кофе, чай (вода в термосе для чая часто была не горячей). На десерт пекли вафли, так же были булочки и слойки. Нарезанные фрукты (ананас, папайя, арбуз, дыня), два вида сока, клубничный джем, кленовый сироп, йогурт.
