One of the most memorable stays. The front desk staff call you by name every time they see you. My room steward was always smiling and helping me with coffee or shampoo. Clean and tidy rooms were made more comfy with lots of pillows and air con that worked perfectly. Check out the local iguanas...they are shy so keep still. Perfect location for restaurant row.

Clean comfortable hotel. Comfy luxurious beds. American style plumbing. Good breakfast. Lobby connected to shopping center. Very handy. Good WiFi.

Great Hotel. Among the best Holiday Inn Hotels I have stayed in. Location is great. The facilities are up to date and clean. The breakfast buffet is above its class/rating. One possible low is that is a bit further from the city centre but the distance is still manageable.

Everything is nice and clean staff is kind and outgoing. Beds are comfortable and the room is cleaned well by the staff. Our cleaning lady Maria (3rd story) did an excellent job of detailing our room.

This is by far the best hotel in Tapachula, great value for your money, close to Starbucks, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarket. The staff is super friendly and helpful, some packages came to the hotel for me and kept them here until my arrival. They have a pool and gym. Stay here when in Tapachula.
