Termal Cosala

I do love this thermal spa , the food is great , the pools are great , the service is excellent! But the rooms aren't really good , they seem very old and outdated, the shower heads sucks , the vanity sink smells bad , and there's no ac . I did notice most ppl just pay for the daily pass and don't spend the night , if you do that you'll be good and won't regret it.. I've stayed here on 3 different occasions and all 3 times I spent 2 or more nights and every room is like this, I also forgot to mention you'll see spiders and bugs sometimes in your room .. the reason I've stayed here a few times is because my parents like it and they know the owners ..

Of all the thermal spa options on the lakeside in San Juan Cosala this one is my favorite. It’s a bit pricey compared to the spa next door but in this location you get good service from the spa staff and the food service staff. The spa pool options are Oatmeal, Red Wine, Lavender, Rosemary, and Jamaica. There is also a central pool that is huge and the space for dining and lounging is very large and capable of handling a large crowd that is present on the weekends. All in all it’s great place and at $800 pesos per guest it’s not cheap like the others are but there are no kids allowed and it’s generally a peaceful place

This has become our must-stop overy time we are in Mexico. Thermal water is amazing the food and drinks are really good and reasonably priced. Every time i have been here there has been some kind of project going on. Its great because it keeps getting better every time.

The coolest temp 💧 pool was the temp of the ocean off Oaxaca, so I could stay in for a long time and not get cold.🥳

My fav warm pool was the lavender jacuzzi, 🪻 it was so relaxing and the smell was enticing.

Unique and fun! After you do some exploring TALK TO the excellent staff about what to do. Have them take you through the mud bath, sauna and several successive baths.
Food and drink service is good. Location beside Lake Chapella is lovely. Bring swim goggles and towels. Plan to spend several hours. Relax.

Can't speak of the rental rooms, just enjoyed the day facilities. Will be returning on a regular basis.

quiet and relaxing! no loud music. no loud people (or kids). suuuuper relaxing! the jacuzzis, there is an oatmeal jacuzzi, sauna, and massage was the best part. I did the mud bath but it wasn't all that great, I could have done without it. But, I highly recommend for a relaxing weekend!

Ordered pizza didn't get it an hour later,when it was supposed to be 15 to 20 mins wait and then the dough was raw not fully cooked,but was a worker named vicente she was very helpful,

Themselves. Make sure you try the $150 pesos option of using all 6 thermal healing baths. Reset button is the best term I can use to describe the experience, and overlooking the lake cmon lol.
