Hotel Maria Bonita Consulado Americano

Great place. Very clean. Great friendly service. It has good areas for meetings. Very close to a mall, a beer place, ATMs, and shopping areas. Lots of parking. Has a swimming pool, but I didn't get to use it. Has a gym and rec room with pool table and ping pong. Beds and pillows are comfy, smell clean and you get daily room service. I recommend this hotel.

Wonderful and safe space. The fish was amazing and everybody was very polite. The room was clean and everything was comfortable. The water was hot and the AC was great!

Really nice stay! Breakfast is included for 2 and it's delicious. They have many choices and the cafe de olla oh my the best 😉 would definitely recommend!

This hotel is very clean and stuff is friendly and always willing to offer help if needed, always with a good attitude. Food at the restaurant is not that great and a little bit pricey. Complimentary continental breakfast is included with the stay but is limited to food choices. If you want to eat at the breakfast buffet it comes with an extra charge, about $300 pesos per person. Corridors are dark, not enough lighting. I loved the fact that room service is provided daily, you will get your bed made, bathrooms cleaned, and fresh clean towels every day. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This place was amazing. To start of the complementary breakfast buffet was delicious and very fancy. The rustic and classic decorations were beautiful. The only thing I would improve was the rooms television they were too old and were bad quality oh and the only down side i experienced was that the outside of the hotel smelled really unpleasant it smelled like sewer. I didn't realize it till the end that it was because across the street there's this huge sewer the runs through the middle of the street. But other than that it was amazing.

The hotel has good accommodations it's close to anywhere you want to go nearby plenty of places to eat hotel has a restaurant and a bar good place to be

Excellent service very impressed! Atmosphere was great and friendly! Food was great! But importantly thank you so much for the help y’all have given us with our immigration stuff couldn’t have asked for better guidance 👍🏼 If you come to Juarez to get your papers fixed or anything like that this is the place you’d want to come and stay for guidance! And just to throw this out there but the young waiter who works in the afternoon is mad cute just saying but yeah great hotel!

5 star service from beginning to end during our 5 day stay there. From the moment we stepped into the hotel the first person who greeted us was very attentive and helpful. The bellman even hung our jackets when entering the room and made sure our room had everything we needed. When we went to eat at the restaurant several times during our stay, every waiter we got gave us 5 star service. They stood by and were very attentive to whatever we needed. The second I was done with my plate it was already being cleared. This had been by far the best hotel we have stayed at, both in the US and Mexico Thank you for everything Hotel Maria Bonita

you are going to Juarez for your Consulate interview, I highly recommend you stay at Hotel Maria Bonita. The entire staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome the second you step foot into the Hotel. The Hotel is clean & I love the vibe and style. There is complementary breakfast available, a buffet, a bar, a pool & everything from the mall to the American Consulate is in walking distance. The food is delicious as well! 10/10 recommend. Special shout-out to Pedro, Ruben, Hilda, one of the night servers with glasses, and to Saul at the Bar for providing us with transportation to several of my appointments, insight about the consulate process & for giving us tours during our trip. So grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful place that felt like home away from home during such a chaotic and stressful trip. 🙏🏼🤍🕊

It was our first time in this hotel. a hotel with a very Mexican style that reminded me of a Mexican hacienda. It was a great stay. the staff very friendly and very helpful, they made us feel like family. this hotel has everything we needed it has a pool,Games area,bar with kareoke restaurant and very good events. we were at the selena tribute event it was excellent

Great Hotel. Nice rooms, great service, and good amenities. Uber/UberEats are very cheap if paying with U.S. Dollars so location is not an issue.

Great Hotel, great restaurant, the staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. The bar is nice, the rooms are nice with new 60 inch 4K Samsung smart TV's with apps and Netflix and all the rest. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning works great, and you can smell how clean it is.

Clean rooms, big TVs. The staff is great. Having the restaurant downstairs is super convenient specially since they do room service. Must try "cafe de Hoya". Breakfast was my favorite part.

Would have loved to stay during non-covid times since they an indoor pool, billiards and foosball tables. I read on a previous review they also have karaoke.

Stayed here 5 days. The complementary Breakfast was amazing a buffet style with many choices.
The Restaurant Down stair the waiter was super polite & always stayed close by to make sure we had everything going well..
The employees are super nice & polite ..
Gym is not on the Hotel is across the street not to far & Had a great feel to it, Huge Gym with many machines & weight room , pool & small store.

The hotel looks just like pics on website unlike others. Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff will go out of their way to help you in any way. Food is very good. Only complaint is there are no American tv channels in English so bring your on entertainment. Overall Me and my wife would stay no where else while here. Beautiful place and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel very accommodating for the party we had for my grandfather's 85th birthday. It is very clean and ALL of the staff from the parking attendants house keeping restaurant and front desk were all exceptionally polite and helpful. Our group of 80 + guests all enjoyed the stay very much.

Great Hotel, with a restaurant in house called Comal. But if you want different food you can always walk across the street to the mall. The Hotel has everything you need. Wifi is super fast and the rooms are confy and have a great entertainment tv set. Overall I would stay here again.
