Capital O Hotel Herederos, Piedras Negras

I read people here complaining about this and that...if you want breakfast in bed and be pampered go a few blocks down the road and pay $150 a night at holiday inn or la quinta.
My experience was good. I traveled 3 days and you cannot beat the price and the location of this Hotel..most important, I FELT SAFE AT THIS HOTEL .yes there might be room for improvement on the service and arquitecture, but for less than $40 a night it was a good place to stay.
I would be definately staying here again ans i could recommend to friends and family.
To mee it was all great.

I only stay here. The food in the restaurant is amazing. The service as well. The front desk lady that helped me check in was very professional. The housekeeper cleaned our room everyday! This hotel is one of the best and should be more stars.

Very clean hotel.. breakfast is awesome with alot of variety. Make sure you have spare money to tip, because they deserve it. Great food! Rooms were very nice.

I was hesitant to select this hotel since it didn’t have the name of a mayor chain. But I decided to go for it because it was well rated and had a good price. It surpassed my expectations. It is modern and very clean. It’s restaurant offers fine breakfasts and dining. It certainly is my first option next time I visit the city.

Some things I add to this review info is, of course the breakfast is great but i love not to have to look for a place for lunch and dinner, all menu's are amazing and...I appreciate very much they have an excellent invoice service.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel for a great price! This will definitely be my place to stay every time I visit Piedras Negras! The complementary breakfast buffet was awesome!

Location was good. Prices were great. Staff was on top of things. Would definitely stay here again.

Mi experiencia había sido regular, vengo usualmente de trabajo, pero el día de hoy fue sorprendente desde la llegada que me tocó arribar en la noche, la recepcionista muy mal humorada, pero en la mañana fue increíble,
Ya que me metí a bañar y al terminar me doy cuenta que no hay toalla, llamo a recepción y le pido una y me dicen que si quiero baje a recepción por una por qué no tienen quien la traiga.
Jajaja y que debí haber revisado que hubiera toalla antes de bañarme
