Very friendly office. The process was smooth and the employees are great. If you need to park, there is a huge public parking here (it is the plus code in Google maps) - PHF9+WJ Zapopan, Jalisco

I needed a Retorno Seguro permit to drive back to the States as my California vehicle broke down in Mexico and my Temporary Import permit expired while my vehicle was in the shop. Obtained the "Safe Return" permit within 30 minutes of arrival to SAT Zapopan. Service was professional and quick. Retorno Seguro permit is a must if your Temporary Import Permit has expired. Your vehicle will be confiscated by Federal authorities without this Retorno Seguro permit. Must exit Mexico with your foreign vehicle within 5 days of issuance. Excellent service at this government facility.

A well run operation, making filing for paperwork with a very professional staff almost routine. Long lines are there from very early, but if you are over 60, you are considered a special case and you bypass a good portion of the line.

The SAT offices are very well organized, you need an appointment I suggest you get one online otherwise won't be seen. If you just need a tax invoice you don't need an appointment,everyone was very helpful, and will print out the invoice.
