Huge campus, so many students. Very nice vibe. I went with a friend who showed me around. The library is definitely what I loved the most. The drawings represent the story of Mexico. Don’t forget to take a picture with the #hechoenCU

One of the most beautiful campus in the world, UNAM, the National Autonomous University of Mexico. The landscape of lava from the Xitle Volcano and the vegetation are a gift to the eyes.
According to Wikipedia "it ranks highly in world rankings based on the university's extensive research and innovation. It is the largest university in Latin America and has one of the biggest campuses in the world".
It´s a must-visit attraction in Mexico City.
Amazing murals on the walls of the buildings and the diversity and richness of its student population.
Troll around campus and you might bump into the parkour training and don´t miss the Cultural Center where the students mount theater plays and original dancing performances.
Visit the UNAM on a lazy Sunday afternoon and enjoy the majestic shadows projected onto the unique art and architecture of this university.
And...no visit to the UNAM is complete without buying a spicy "chicharron" from the hawkers!
BTW, since the UNAM campus is on a beautiful natural protected area, a bicycle ride there is such a delight! Attached are a couple of photos of the numerous bike circuits offered here.

This university is—if not the best—one of the bests of Mexico. It is a public university but education is good.

I passed by and I got nostalgic as I had not seen it sin 1980.

World class science museum that doesn't shy away from topics that would make New York institutions timid (sexual consent, pregnancy). Beautiful, sunny building. You could very easily take 2-3 days to consume all the exhibits and it's take more if you watch the film's or fold paper geometric forms. My 12 year old girl loved it. I am sorry I didn't get to see the gift shop but the cafe was airy, relaxed and had fresh, hot food.

One of the oldest Universities of the Americas if you take into account it's Pre-Autonomous history. This great house has been the foundation for much of Mexico's development over centuries, and is responsible for helping raise education, culture, and science through time. Its campus is large and beautiful, spread over amazing volcanic terrains and natural vistas, with some of the best minds preparing youths for the future. It also provides a wide range of museums and cultural facilities well worth the visit, and is popular with joggers, bikers, and other health fans.

my sister in law is a student at universidad nacional autonoma de mexico, so when we were visiting with my mom it felt like a most for us, it was a nice experience, it's a huge university, I believe they have their own zipcode, so, that's how big it's, we didn't get to see it all, but we saw we loved.

Few people know this city mimics a prehispanic temple/town, with the library decorated a a big tlaloc and a twin headed snake to its feet. The masculine and the femenine energies and the modern ball game in the Olympic stadium. A fascinating vibe of generations of students and ideologies converging together in the air. A complete gem of the mexican education.

A Mexican jewel, and one of the world's foremost institutions for higher education. The campus is a destination in itself; architecture, art, knowledge and history abound.
