They went above and beyond to accommodate me because I have, for whatever reason, a natural tolerance to Lidocaine and Novacaine. They made sure that I was in as little pain as possible despite the invasive treatment I required (multiple root canals and fillings, deep mouth clean, crowns, etc.)

I saw around six different doctors with different specialties, and they were all professional, compassionate, and very talented.

I have already recommended Ideal Dental to friends and family and will continue to.

I decided to visit Ideal dentistry on my last visit to Mexico City from California. I am very appreciative of the quality of technical work they performed during my appointment. Ideal's high tech equipment made the process go very smoothly and with perfect results. I would highly recommend the staff of dentists and supporting assistants who made everything go exceedingly well. I would rate them higher than what I've experiencing in the San Francisco Bay area. I'll probably do a return visit for implants when I am ready.

Desperately needed a post/crown while vacationing in CDMX. Everything was done in 1.5 day after contacting the office. Very happy with the result. Painless and cost way less than in the U.S. with major insurance. It was one of my best dental experience overall, and I don’t even speak Spanish. Highly recommend!!! A++++

I flew in from the United States to have dental surgery here. From the first call to the time I landed to the day before my appointment, and to the day of my surgery. Ideal dental center was great. They were very attentive, very professional had very modern equipment more so than my doctor in the United States, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for travel dentistry in Mexico City.

I want to share my experience in this dental office. Fist i want to say thank you to all the staff, in lees than one week I got 2 implants, 10 veneers, 4 inlays and whitening. I would like to say that it has been the best dental experience in my life, they were very skillful and kind in all the entire process. I’m very Happy with the final result. I can conclude that they did their best. Thank you again.

If you are anything like me, you are probably scouring the reviews for different dentists in Mexico City, reading reviews and trying to understand whether it is a safe or feasible option to have your work done abroad. Let me make this decision easier for you. I am never going to any other dentist again for 3 reasons:

1. I live in Washington DC and their prices I was quoted for a root canal and an extraction and bone graft and implant were far more than I could afford to pay. Over here, not only was the sticker price 60% cheaper than what I would have paid in the states, they gave me a package deal that made it even more affordable and allowed me to get everything I needed done. They did 7 hours of work over the span of two days that I otherwise would have needed to wait for three years in the states to get done, given my annual insurance maximums.
2. I have never been treated with better care, attention, or empathy by any dentist or doctor, ever. Gabriela was my dentist and was nothing short of spectacular. I came in late for my appointment (4pm) and she worked on what I needed done until 10pm just so I could make my flight the next day. Not only this, but she made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening at every step.
3. These guys are professional and really good at explaining exactly what you need, what you don’t, and how to fix any issues with the best treatment possible. They have really advanced technology (did a 3D X-ray of my mouth that I’ve never seen before and literally had crowns made in hours on site). Guillermo and Mike will make sure you’re comfortable with all your questions before you start.

I highly recommend these guys. Their reviews definitely don’t lie.

We found out about this place on Google and we trusted the reviews and let me say this. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINTED! Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly! We felt welcomed since day one. If you have to reach them they will answer right away even on emails to the point that you feel like is a texting chat other than email. Great costumer service. Top notch products and service over all. I recommended it to my family and friends because is that good.
My fiancé got a crown and a deep cleaning. The crown: they took the measurements on Monday and by Tuesday he was asked to come in to get it installed! They literally work overnight to get you ready right away!
The deep cleaning was soooo worth it! It change the appearance of my fiancé’s smile completely.
They even helped us save so much money, because in US they told us that my fiancé needed a root canal retreat, even tho he got one recently. When we came here after the specialist revised him, he did not needed the root canal retreating.
We truly recommend this place 1000000%! 😊

I was very happy with the work carried at Ideal Dental Center. I traveled in from New York City and visited the clinic 4 times in total during one trip. On one of the days I was there for 8 hours and I had intensive work done including dental surgery. All the team are highly skilled and they work together as a team to ensure that you get the best possible treatment. The work there is world class, with a high attention to detail and great care taken. The atmosphere is warm and friendly too. It was such a pleasure to work with a positive and happy crew that communicate well with each other. I found the atmosphere to be much more joyful than dentistry experiences in the US, and it really put me at ease to see how everyone was so happy in their work and communications with one another. It made it much easier to stay there all day. I've already recommended Ideal Dental to a friend, and I will definitely go back there again.

I had the best experience at Ideal Dental Center. I had veneers done here, and I could not be happier with the result. The whole process was so easy, with friendly staff and first-rate dentists. Special thanks to Dr. Guillermo Escamilla, who designed the veneers, and Dr. Gustavo Cruz, who did the work to prepare my teeth and then place the veneers on my teeth. They are a great team, and the whole staff was very professional. I now have the smile I have always wanted. 5 stars all around!

Ideal Dental was an excellent experience. From prompt replies and reminders of my appointment to the advanced equipment and processes - I would recommend this practice to everyone in need of dental work. The 3D cat scan of my entire mouth to a 3D scan for a crown - they were able to create from ceramic in the same sitting. Friendly and helpful staff made me feel comfortable during the visit. I had an amazing experience if someone can say about spending at least 50 hours within a span of 6 days in a dentist's office. I did extensive research before coming to Ideal Dental in Mexico City. I read every review on google and Facebook and reached out to several former patients who were kind enough to provide more information.

After my first assessment appointment I was really stressed, I think I drove everyone crazy trying to figure out whether it was even possible to get so much work done in such a short period of time. Dr. Adolfo’s patience in answering the same questions over and over was unbelievable. When I showed up in the office the second day, I was still thinking about whether I am making the right decision. But after meeting all specialists that were going to be involved and 2-3 hours into the treatment, all my doubts were gone. Everything that was planned was done on time and I am absolutely psyched about the outcome. I am not saying that everything went smoothly, there were a couple of unexpected delays, but the whole team stayed with me until 10pm to resolve them. I was also impressed with the equipment. Everything is done on premises in a matter of hours and for a fraction of the cost.. It takes my dentist in the US at least 4 appointments, 3 weeks, and is considerably more expensive.

And last, but not least, the staff is amazing! Dr. Guillermo put together a real dream team. Everyone is so supportive of each other and kind. The only thing I regret is that I don’t speak Spanish, but it also might be the best during the treatment, I didn’t need to understand everything they said  . I am definitely going back with any dental problems I might have in the future! Shortly after my friend and I missed our flight, she broke her tooth eating a sandwich. We found Ideal dental and called. They fit us in no problem and were angels. My friend got her tooth fixed and some cavities filled. I even got a cleaning and a night guard. Super affordable and everyone has been accommodating. We will be telling our group we travel with each year to Mexico to come if they need any dental work! Thank you !

I am completely satisfied with the Ideal Dental Center. My son and I have received the best dental care from ideal. The Dentists at the Ideal Dental Center are patient, friendly, emotionally intelligent, highly skilled they have helped me to erase the fears I had developed as a child with going to see the dentist. This Dental Center is also well and well maintained.

I knew I was in need of a lot of dental work. I had cavities pointed out to me many years ago by dentists who said they were in such difficult places to work on in the back of the mouth, they refused to touch them. They said I should just leave them be because touching them would almost definitely mean root canals. When I started feeling pain and got an abscess I knew there was no time left and scheduled an appointment with the Ideal Dental Center.

Being from New York with no real ability to communicate in Spanish, I was a bit nervous doing dental work in Mexico City. I had no reason to be.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, the receptionist was very kind and spoke great English. Most of the doctors speak English including their general dentists, Dr. Stephanie and Dr. Oriana. Dr. Stephanie spent almost two hours with diagnostic x-rays, physical inspection, and hot/cold nerve diagnosis to give me the most accurate information possible. The large amount of work I needed in my head ended up being a small fraction of what I really needed done. But I was given clear evidence of why I needed the work done along with a prioritization list of what I should definitely get done now and what I could wait on. I was also told the diagnosis was the worst case scenario and could certainly get better when they actually get a clear look under fillings.

I chose to do everything, which took approximately 60 hours in a dental chair over 7 visits. Ideal Dental Clinic doctors do not rush anything. A basic dental cleaning took 40 minutes which is unheard of in the states. Even a mouth guard was adjusted over 10 times to make sure it fit perfectly comfortable.

Dr. Stephanie, took multiple scans and made constant adjustments to make sure inlays would sit correctly. Dr. Ammy did five root canals in one session but made sure to verify every one was successful and done properly. When the first set of crowns was made they were slightly off. Dr. Guillermo, one of the bosses at the clinic, took control, realigned all my teeth and ordered a new set of crowns be made. Dr. Adolfo then did all the crown work and was a master.

The amount of care they took, to make sure I was happy and the procedures were done correctly was a welcome surprise. All work is double checked by another doctor. Dr. Alvaro would often pop in just to see how things are going and give his advice.

The doctors listened to my requests on what I wanted and took every effort to make sure I was feeling okay while working and happy with the work afterwards. They worked around my schedule to make sure they could finish all the work before I had to fly back. Dental work that would have taken at least half a year to do in the states was done in 8 days with their modern equipment, and hard work. This a highly cohesive team and not just a group of doctors.

I’m so glad I decided to get all this work done at the Ideal Dental Clinic. They are a very busy clinic but clearly cared about my dental health. They made me very welcome, and by the third day everyone had memorized my name and was greeting me like family. If I ever need any more serious work done I will be back and I give my highest recommendation to anyone wondering if they should visit.

The whole team went above and beyond for me. If you’re in need of dental work and you’re in the area I highly recommend ideal dental center. Dr Adolfo did a great job for me. he worked with my schedule and even stayed after hours to accommodate me.
