Exceptional accommodation and superb customer service. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The room was very clean, efficient, and well designed. I highly recommend staying here for a short or extended period of time in Coyoacán or Mexico City in general.

A fantastic boutique hotel in the lovely district of coyoacan.The room was really great, confortable, super clean, high quality product such as shampoo and body cream.
The terrace were we had our breakfast on the last day it's protected by the sun in the morning. The only tiny improvement on my point of view could be the breakfast offering. The staff at the reception are also very helpful and extremely friendly.
Definitely a very recommended place to stay in Mexico city.

Beautiful, modern hotel with thoughtful design. I loved our room, Gratitud, which was on the first floor and had a kitchen. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and had a great time. I especially loved the lounge area to sit and have coffee in the morning. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and walking around day and night. I wish this hotel had more locations around Mexico, or even just around Mexico City.

This place was an incredible find and a wonderful base in Mexico City. We wanted to experience the more small-town feel of Coyoacán, having stayed previously in Centro and Condesa, and this hotel is just a few blocks from the lively main square. Despite that proximity, the rooms were peaceful and quiet. We all loved the decor which was both modern and homey at the same time. Service was wonderful- they arranged rides and in-room massages for us as well. There is a modest continental breakfast but you are across the street from a food market, so lots to eat nearby.

Rooms are stunning, all staff are there to please. Definitely worth staying if you are in Mexico City.

My partner and I decided to take a vacation to start the year, and to a place neither of us had visited before. We had a few recommendations from friends, but discovered Hospedaje Boutique ourselves, and I'm very glad we did. The property is very lovely and the accomodations are top tier. The entry way and common areas are clean, quiet, and well appointed with decor. The suite we had was amazing! It had fully equipped kitchen, for slower days inside. We had access to a stove, microwave and coffee/tea maker, plus all the plates, cups, and utensils one would need. The bathroom was spacious, with plenty of counter space for toiletries and an incredible rain shower. A common room provided plenty of snacks and drinks, plus a lounge to hangout in.

This was our first time in Mexico City and H21 knocked it out of the park!

Love this boutique hotel - the staff are amazing. Super clean. Perfect location. Quiet. A ton of great restaurants around. Close to Casa Azul (Frida’s). The reception staff helped us with finding tours and good restaurants in the area. .

The design, comfort and attention to detail was outstanding, this is a family run hotel and their care and high standards were evident . I will definitely return and highly recommend.

Absolutely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful big room with the incredibly comfortable beds. Extremely clean. Great bathroom. Architecturally gorgeous. A small common sitting room that allowed guests to have a small snack and a beer and get to know each other. The owners and staff are delightful, friendly, helpful beyond belief. Coyoacán is such a wonderful neighborhood and the hotel is steps from a hundred great places. We can hardly wait to return.

I am an interior designer so I booked this hotel because it looked beautiful online and it exceeded my expectations. Not only is it beautiful and full of amazing decorative details the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the shower super powerful, which are my other 2 must haves. The shower actually felt like it was outdoors because of the window in the roof above it. The staff are also very polite, friendly and helpful and cannot do enough. The location is perfect on a quiet street close to the main plaza. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would as it was perfect in every way.

We stayed at H21 while in Mexico City for 4 nights. We chose H21 because of the good reviews and the location seemingly being a calmer and more culture filled area than Roma or Condesa.

The service from the H21 team we met is truly top notch and comparable if not better than 5 star hotels. They made us feel very welcome and made such a huge difference to our trip. From even before we arrived, the team supported us with the many, MANY questions and requests to make reservations or bookings. When we arrived we had fruit, drinks and a lovely cake to congratulate us on our baby moon. While we were there, unfortunately due to some last minute changes to our trip we forgot to collect tickets to the ballet folklorico. Cristian and Perla even personally brought us to collect the tickets and helped us with updating our dinner reservations so we could have the nice night that was planned.

The hotel itself is beautiful and truly feels like an oasis with all the plants and greenery. The room (Bondad) was beautiful and a split level with a terrace. There were some steps only to the bathroom. The terrace which is equipped with a fridge, microwave and tableware was great for a drink or a morning coffee and pastries. The bathroom amenities included towels, robes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion and hairdryer. The water pressure was amazing. The bed was a little lumpy which is the only reason why I marked one star down. The team quickly provided extra pillows upon my request as I’m pregnant and needed the extra support to sleep on my side.

Some packaged pastries, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, milk and fruit are provided for breakfast in a lounge/sitting room. There are also some Mexican cookies/galletas to have with coffee or tea throughout the day.

Location wise it was a good choice for us as we preferred the vibe and environment much better than the main city centre area. It’s worth noting that when there’s bad traffic it takes an hour or possibly longer to get into the city centre area. This is a large chunk of the day so unless you truly want to spend a chunk of your time in Coyoacan or a convenient location is important to you this may not be the best option.

There are plenty of decent food options nearby that come highly recommended such as quesadillas Luchas and mi compa chava. If you’re looking for modern Mexican food vs traditional or street food, you’re more likely to find this in the city centre in Roma/condesa/polanco.

The room was spacious and so well designed, the hosts have great recommendations and gave us a list of good spots in Coyoacan. Breakfast is available but very light - it's great to grab coffee and some fruit before you go, but I'd plan on a larger breakfast outside the hotel if you've got a big day ahead of you!

Staff were super friendly and accommodating! Using WhatsApp was nice to ask questions and get recommendations. The hotel is really cute and unique like you see in the photos. My friends stayed in another room and we all raved about it! There’s a good reason they get 5 Stars here, was on par with 5 Star Resorts in terms of service.

Fabulous hotel in the middle of Coyoacan. Very clean and comfortable, with amazing attention to design and function. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and helpful -- even by Mexico's high standards for hospitality. We didn't stay long enough, and can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is very attentive and helpful with all your needs. Easy to communicate with especially by email or WhatsApp. The location of the hotel is great. Right next to the main squares in Coyoacán. Safe neighborhood and many great places to eat within walking distance. Freida museum is 10 minutes away walking. The rooms are very stylish.

This hotel was so beautiful, comfy and in a great area. You can tell the owners put love and effort in every corner. The decoration is beautiful, and the staff were all helpful and kind. We stayed in “perseverance”; the bed was comfy and the bath tub was perfection after a day of exploring around the beautiful Coyoacan. We will be coming back and I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting CDMX.
