Great service, nice rooms and good food! But you might wanna bring your own pillows, just my opinion of course. Or there's a bed bath and beyond literally right next door if that sleep thing is as important to you as it is to me. These pillows are like over inflated air bags, but that's my only complaint and an easy one to fix really. I can't stress enough though how good the service is here. The people are really just exceptional. I will stay here again if I'm ever in Mexico City. Couldn't be happier.

Very hospitable staff! The omelette station is AWESOME! One of my teammates had their luggage lost by Delta and the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate her! Definitely will stay here again! I wish their pool was bigger though!

Almost everything was excellent, I just do not agree with the charge for parking my car in the hotel, I think it should be an amenitie for the guests.

It is a great place. The buffet is delicious and the space for the event is big. We always had coffee and cookies during the event. The location is close to my work so it is a benefit to go to the hotel.

Fiesta it was Exelent to the front desk Ladies they were all imprecionant and profetional and the buffet personnel especially Mr.David who attend us was outstanding service!!

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and big. The view is breathtaking. The service is really nice. Its a great hotel. I like it very much.

Excellent staff. Very willing to aid in accommodations to understand English for the lackn o f being able to understand all conversatokns in Spanish. It is a big help while traveling on business

It's a very nice place to eat at, they have very good breakfast and are quick to attend to you. The rooms are also quite nice, and it's right next to a main road, so it's easy to find.

Excellent place to stay and with a Mall very nearby, at a safe zone to walk and enjoy. Could have a better smoking area (there is not one)

Good located, as the fiesta inn linework standards, nice personal, wide rooms, very closed to the grand sur mall, 30 min walking to the centro de convenciones UNAM
