This is a FANTASTIC spot. The waiters and waitress are incredibly patient and helpful with how busy they are. The outdoor patio has an incredible vibe and the service is fast.

Food selection was amazing and they were all good. Came here multiple times to enjoy eating and talking. Must stop for a bite when visiting the plaza!

Recommend the mezcal flights. They were all great and are recommended by the staff!

My boyfriend and I met friends for dinner here and it was so good, we came back a few weeks later by ourselves. The atmosphere, service, menu, and food are all amazing.

Sopes de chorizo de pulpo (amazing)
Tlayuda Con pecho de res (really good)
Camarones al tamarindo (amazing)
Panzas de cerdo (my bf loved it, I thought it was too dry, needed a sauce)
Ensalada de nopal (really good)
Pastel de elite (really good)

We will definitely be back on next visits to CDMX.

Very nice restaurant with cool decor. The menu has several really good vegetarian options too which are either traditional dishes or slight variations on them. Service waa fantastic and very attentive.

Excellent Food and Service. Mauricio Parral gave us the best service ever. I recommend this restaurant if you’re visiting Coyoacán, Mexico. This place combines the traditional Mexican food but with a gourmet twist.

While recently in Coyoacan, our family had the opportunity to dine here. First, I cannot say enough about the attentive service the wait staff delivers. They genuinely seem to care about the client and the service shows. I noticed a glass sweat and some condensation on the table, and a waitress stopped by without being asked, wiped the table dry, and replaced the sweating glass. I have never seen this in any of the finest restaurants I have dined in. Just exceptional.

We had several dishes to try and share, and they were almost all good. My mother-in-law is very .... particular... about her restaurants, freely offering her unrequested opinion about every dish and it nearly always is accompanied by how she would do it. Despite this, she had zero complaints or suggestions the whole evening. We unanimously did not care for the chorizo de pulpo (ground sausage with octopus)- kind of a pork-seafood umami combination that just didn't work together. We also had salbutes de carnitas which were absolutely incredible. The habanero cream sauce was to die for. We also tried several soups. The chicken soup was excellent, but served a little bit warm, and not hot - despite this, it was delicious otherwise. The other soups (tortilla and something else) were served hot. The pipian mole over cauliflower (there are proteins available, but I chose the cauliflower as we were eating other things) was exceptional.

Unfortunately, no one else at my table would drink mezcal with me, and I didn't even know about their mezcal offerings until I asked for an apertif. I didn't find what I was looking for, but did see an incredible selection of mezcal. I was pleased to see they had Woodford Reserve for a bourbon, which was a great offering.

If you have the opportunity to visit Coyoacan, this is a worthy dinner destination.

This Restaurant was outstanding! The food was exceptionnal and the service by Christian Ruiz was phenomenal. This might be the best restaurant we've been to in CDMX. This is not just food. It's art.

I love Corazón de Maguey. Every time I’m in Coyoacán I eat here and the food and drinks are always perfection. The service truly stands out. Today Mario and Rafael were so helpful and accommodating. The pibil tacos were delicious and the lime pie… get the lime pie!! Best dessert I’ve had in quite some time. Definitely try this place!

This place is fun! I love the concept, organic, local, artisanal Mexican traditional food. The ambiance is fun and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend it and will be back.

The service was exceptional - personal and informative. The staff made you feel like you were among friends and stewards. We returned after drinks and desert and the extraordinary care from our server Maya to have return visit as enjoyable with our knowledgeable and personable server Eduardo. Will come again as much as soon and often as possible.

An absolutely standout meal. The way that Corazón de Maguey blends tradition and modernity is spectacular.
We had the hibiscus tacos, plantain croquettes and tamarind prawns, all off which were to die for. So were the drinks. Additionally, Christian’s attention and recommendations made the whole experience memorable.
