Excellent location and service. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location to explore Polanco and Mexico City while in a quiet oasis of pools and gardens. We stayed in a Club Room and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and evening snacks as well as the views from the 5th floor Club. Staff were kind and attentive, and my two children loved the heated outdoor pool. Many options to eat, drink, and shop inside the hotel. Highly recommended and hope to return soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Camino Real in Mexico City, and I am utterly captivated by the sheer brilliance of its unique architecture. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was transported into the rich cultural heritage of Mexico.
The hotel's architecture is nothing short of a masterpiece, and every corner seems to tell a story. The exterior design is a harmonious fusion of contemporary elegance and traditional Mexican elements, creating a visually stunning and culturally rich ambiance. The use of vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and indigenous materials reflects a deep appreciation for the country's artistic heritage.
Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a breathtaking view that perfectly encapsulated the beauty of Mexico City. The architects have skillfully incorporated large windows and balconies, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the vibrant energy of the city while enjoying the comfort of their luxurious accommodations.
One of the highlights of the architecture is the meticulous attention to detail in the interior spaces. The fusion of modern amenities with traditional Mexican design elements creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The use of local artwork and handcrafted furniture adds a personal touch, making each space within the hotel feel like a curated gallery.
The central courtyard is a true oasis within the bustling city. The open-air design, surrounded by lush greenery and accented with artistic sculptures, provides a serene escape. It's a perfect spot to unwind and appreciate the thoughtful design that allows guests to connect with nature while still enjoying the convenience of a central location.
The architectural brilliance extends to the hotel's restaurants and lounges, each boasting a unique design that complements the culinary experience. Whether dining in the vibrant courtyard or savoring a cocktail with a panoramic view of the city, every space is thoughtfully designed to enhance the overall guest experience.
In addition to the visual delight, the functionality of the architecture deserves praise. The layout is intuitive, and the seamless integration of modern technology enhances the overall comfort and convenience of guests.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Camino Real was a delightful experience, largely due to the awe-inspiring architecture that sets this hotel apart. The designers have managed to create a space that not only meets the highest standards of luxury but also celebrates the rich cultural tapestry of Mexico. If you're seeking a hotel that seamlessly blends modern comfort with a unique architectural charm, Hotel Camino Real is the perfect choice. I left with not just memories of a comfortable stay but also a deep appreciation for the artistry that went into creating such a remarkable space.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. It has not been updated in many years (real 70's vibe) but was in good condition. All the services provided were carried out professionally and always very politely.
The restaurant did a great breakfast!!
If you are looking for nice place to stay in Mexico City, this is a great choice.

I had the most amazing experience at Camino Real- the staff is the BEST! From the minute you arrive you feel welcomed. Francisco, Tacho and Israel are so caring. Also, in the club house we had: Eduardo, David and Alejandro take such good care of my entire family (17 people).
I have stayed at Camino Real in Oaxaca and Huatulco and this was by far the best! I plan to visit Mexico City and stay at Camino Real again.

The service is by far the best I have experienced. Karla the bartender and Naomi the waitress at Blue Bar kept the mood vibrant. I'm from Chicago and would recommend anyone this fabulous place. One more thing this bar should have a dance floor setup at night since there's already a DJ present. Thank you for the great time!!!

The Camino Real in Polanco is a great hotel option. It is a bit far for walking to most locations in Polanco or elsewhere, but quick and easy Uber are available. This Hotel is one of the older ones in the area, where large, luxurious spaces were standards of excellence. Although the hotel definitely is up there in age, the classic style and huge, spacious bars, restaurants, common areas, reception, hallways, walkways, and large rooms with big balconies El Camino is one of the few left and is appreciated. We loved the spaces, the room was very nice, very good size with big bathroom and the large balcony was a very nice touch. USB outlets and workspace were very nice too.
All the staff were helpful, kind and wanted to assist.
Although some of the spaces have aged, this classic hotel is very well maintained, and we really appreciated the history and hotel overall and look forward to staying there again.

Legendary hotel in central CDMX. On the edge of the park with museums on its doorstep and within east walking distance of Polanco, Condesa, Roma Norte and Juarez. The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. I’ve stayed here a few times and in different levels of rooms. The Standard room is great, garden views are the best and quieter than exterior rooms. The public areas have undergone modernisation, yet this is sympathetic to its original mid century design. The architecture of this hotel is unbelievably great. Amazing touches and design all over the hotel. Breakfast is always good, but the breakfast brunch on weekends is next level. Great people watching spot and the selection of food available is wide and delicious. When I’m back in CDMX I will be back here again and loving it all over again.

Stayed here on my first trip to Mexico City and it was fantatsic. The hotel is located in a great part of town and central to many of the places we visited. The rooms were spacious and clean and there is a great bar and starbucks right in the hotel. We were there for Día de los Muertos which added even more decor and excitement to the location.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help any way they can. There is no ice machine but you can call and have a bucket delivered. The fridge is fairly small but stocked well. The prices are fair (not necessarily cheap). The breakfast buffet is robust with many options. The bar is a great place to relax and have a good time. Walking distance to many places. Uber and taxis are readily available and the drivers know the location which makes coming and going very easy for travelers. The bathrooms don't have ventilation fans but this seems to be common based on other hotels I have visited in CDMX.

I liked the view of green garden out of the window. The wave pool at entrance was a soothing view. The breakfast buffet was one of the best that I have experienced so far. They had very delicious cookies and fresh fruits. Staffs were very friendly.
