Love this store and when my children were younger I used to use the kids club which is great. We come here for many things, furniture, eating, etc. Parking lot big with plenty of spots. Definitely appreciated getting the swedish meatballs and free coffee with the IKEA card. Store is very clean and staff were accommodating and nice 👍

Great furniture, great food, cheap entertainment.

The parking lot is massive, but somehow you really have to search for a spot everytime you go. If you're able to, I highly suggest parking in the very back, you will get more luck there.

The entrance is very clear. There are bags to put purchases in immediately after entering.

There is an elevator to take you to the second floor if you are handicap or with stroller(or just needed. It is on the left, past the children's area downstairs on the right. If you immediately walk in and go to the right after entering the building, there is bathrooms and the entrance to the food court where they sell frozen yogurt, hot dogs, pizza, cinnamon rolls, etc. The food is subpar, but for fast, cheap food, it's okay. The frozen yogurt is excellent.

Upstairs is the food court. A meatball meal with everything will cost you $9.99, but you can buy anything as a side and it will run you less. The desserts are A+, and there's plant based options if you don't eat meat. There are wraps, salad, fish, meatballs, mashed potatoes, etc. There is a self serve drink machine, as well as bottled sodas and waters. The cafeteria to eat is large, and very much school lunch cafeteria style. Real silverware and napkins are available. Allergens are clearly stated for each item.

The layout is long, but easy to navigate. You pick out what you want in the show rooms, then go to the warehouse to pick up your items. For the easiest way, I highly recommend taking a picture of the tag of the furniture you want, as it will say where to find it in the warehouse. If you don't, it is still easy to find your items using the kiosks located in the warehouse. The items are labeled in aisles and what row in the aisle. The system is easy and well made.

There is a section for "as-is" items right before checkout. Here you can find discounted furniture, textiles, Home decor, and plants that have been marked down for ware and tear or returned items. Always worth a browse.

This store is well maintained. Bathrooms are clean and stocked with toilet paper and soap. The workers are friendly, and very helpful in finding items or directing traffic in the store.

This is one of the coolest Ikea's I've been to. Palm trees neatly placed around the parking lot, and the exterior design has a lot more yellow than other Ikea's I've been to. By the way, this is the only Ikea in all of San Diego. It's really cool that it's across from a Costco. There is endless parking here but it still manages to fill up, especially on the weekends around lunchtime. The actual Ikea is pretty typical, it has the same layout as others.

I went online before going to the store to get an idea of what I wanted. At the store, I found the display and was able to confirm that the shelving was what I wanted. It was easy to find the pieces that I needed. Everything I needed was in stock. I went through the self checkout without a problem. Assembly was easy peasy, and now I have a great shelving system and an organized closet!!! 😀

This place was awesome, the restaurant was really nice too!

Just bought a gift card for a gift. Also bought cinnamon rolls. A great place for basics for the home. A great place for ideas for storage and kitchen remodeling.

We always love Ikea! It is a wonderful idea to have a showroom to showcase ideas on how to design your house. Follow the path to view all their deigns from kitchen, bathrooms, salas, tv room, wine room, bedrooms up to patios. Kids will love it too, as they have activity for them to find and hunt letters to make a word, so they don't get bored.

A large inventory of home furnishings and the latest decor! Good food found in the iKea diner located on the second floor. Use the elevator to get upstairs! Follow the floor arrows and pick cool stuff along the way for your home! I highly recommend this store!

I live not far from this IKEA location so it's very convenient to get to. As far as the store is concerned; they want you to go upstairs first and wander around in the showrooms. You can avoid this should you not want to do that. Take the side hallway to the left of the stairs that take you upstairs. That hallway drops you off at the beginning of the shopping maze. I only get a few things at IKEA: ziplock type bags, lightbulbs, glassware, desk lamps, and rugs. I prefer heavy duty furniture; especially beds. Their furniture for the most part is lightweight which is fine for dorms or light use. I have not done special order items for kitchens but they look nice from the showroom. I did not eat there this visit but it's basically cafeteria style and about the same quality. Overall it's an interesting place to go visit as they move merchandise around frequently and they get new merchandise pretty often as well. They were sanitizing the shelves and store in various locations and the bathroom was clean.

Obviously great for what it is. Restaurant could use a remodel and/or upgrade. But overall has been a wonderful place for all kinds of lifestyles for at least the last 20 years.

Staff are always friendly and eager to help. I usually put my order online and pick it up at the store. Someone would always help me to load them up in my car. Love their cafeteria as well with their delicious food.

What can I say? I love IKEA furniture hacks. I'm banned from buying more Kallax Cubbies until I buy a bigger house. 🤣 Seriously though. Great ideas for home storage with decent quality and affordable prices

Furniture, lamps, linens, kitchenware, bath ...and swedish meatballs! Expect to spend a couple hours and wear comfortable shoes..take photos of the items u love so if u miss them or if they're sold out u can order online.

I had never eaten in an Ikea before and was so excited to give it a try! The staff was so friendly and helpful moving through the line. Then upon checkout I was met with the happiest, sweetest, friendliest, most hospitable cashier I had ever encountered- Mario! I have been in the hospitality industry for many years and have never met someone so excited to do their job and to make the experience so wonderful for me. He is the gem of this location, stop by and see him in the cafe if you are ever in this store- he will brighten your day immediately!!

Ikea is where you go to get so steps in!! It's just an enjoyable store. Love to see the designs so I can also do something similar at home! Also, there is so much stuff you can find, even food to take home or eat there! Ikea furniture is basic & easy, stands the test of time! We visited the cafeteria & had meatballs & mash with an almond chocolate cake that tastes like a Ferrero rocher slice of cake loved it ! 10 out of 10 meatballs as well were delightful! Also you can buy frozen meatballs and so many other fun & unusual foods and chocolates & candies! Such a cool store to visit when your bored & need to grab a desk and lunch !

Innovative home furnishing ideas. Reasonable / cheap pricing on most goods. Not super high quality but can add nice touches if you have an eye for it. The meatballs and dalmon were good too.

Great place for getting basic household items for a great price. You can order everything you need online or pick it up at the store. Well worth checking them out for furniture or kitchen wear. It’s best if you come on a weekday to beat the crowds.
