El Aureliano de La Noria

While on a visitors tour of the Mexican Countryside we stopped in at this place for lunch. The food, service and hospitality was excellent. My wife and I are always a little cautious about eating in an authentic Mexican Restaurant but this place did not disappoint nor did we have any after affects. The son of the owner was a pleasant chap who even threw in a tasty dessert with our reasonably priced meal. We would definitely recommend this place and wish we could give it more than 5 stars!

Went with a group of five and had a great meal. Went with an appetizer of tuna cubes with guacamole based on the recommendation of the manager and it was fabulous.
The portion sizes were great and I enjoyed a beef stew, my wife enjoyed liver and onions and friends enjoyed a pork stew and quesadillas. Nice music. Lots of room to park. Highly recommend this establishment

Beautiful little gem of a restaurant, chickens and all lol

Oh my goodness! El Aureliano restaurant was the highlight of our countryside tour. The food was incredible! We know a little Spanish but it was nice that the menu was in English also. I had the barbacoa and it was soo good. We can't wait to bring our friends here!

Fabulous food and wonderful atmosphere!

The owner was nice enough to give us a tour!! He also agreed to personalize some of the leather goods and brought it to our hotel (30 min away) later that evening!! Take advantage! Not something you’d see in the US for sure!!

Came with a tour group after a tour of Los Osuna tequila estate. Restaurant owner greeted us with a tequila toast, with full instructions on enjoying a reposado to the fullest. Following was a delicious Mexican meal of chicken tortillas, guacamole (outstanding even by this area's standards), with chips, salsa and cheeses.

Excelente place authentic mexican food

The best meal we’ve had on our trip! We had lunch with our tour guide and enjoyed the animals, terrace, food and drinks. We were able to try making our own blue corn tortillas to go with our meal.

Great experience! Charming village. We walked into this smoky (in a good way) hacienda restaurant plus hotel (two rooms for rent) filled with western art and community tables.
We chose the terrace to dine that over looked the town gazebo and landmark Pueblo magico sign of “La Noria”.
We were with our driver; who knew the owners.
Gracious service, fresh salsa and chips to start, we then enjoyed traditional Mexican fare, from tacos, to omelets, to beans and eggs. Handmade blue corn tortillas.
We finished with a tour of the kitchens plus made some tortillas with the staff on the wood fired comals, happy 😊

Really nice place, decoration is typical Mexican with a touch of old "Rancho", service is great and food is one of the best of the area!

Delicious carne asada. I recommend that hibiscus water to drink and their homemade salsa was amazing. I bought extra to take back to the resort!

You have to come visit La Noria. This restaurant was amazing! The staff is attentive and friendly. I had chicharrones de atún and momias (bacon wrapped bell peppers with shrimp and cheese) and it was amazing! The food is excellent. The price on point. The menu has a variety of selection. I wanted to eat it all. The place is very clean. We are upstairs with a view of the town. Will come back for sure.

This place is amazing! Food and service is the best. If you haven't been there, well, get going. It's not far from Mazatlán and definitely worth the dinner. Don't forget to have real Mexican Coffee....and their signature dessert.

Delicious homemade food cooked over wood

Authentic Mazatlan style food in La Noria. Reasonably priced dishes and the food was delicious and portions were generous. Recommend you dine on the top level for both the view and a cooler temperature.
