Mercado Michoacán

I had an absolutely lovely time here. Amazing serene surroundings, wonderful food (chilaquiles were to die for), delicious coffee, and friendly service. I’ll be coming back!

This is my favorite market in all of Mexico City. I love it so much. Go get a juice here or pick up fruit. It’s got great breakfast too!

Small market with an amazing local food! You must try the burrito! The most delicious that we ate.

The city is slowly beginning to reopen thankfully admist COVID-19. I visited today for breakfast and I had chorizo con huevos/queso and what I believe to be a liter of 100% juice. I paid 50 peso and couldn't be happier. Obviously because of the location the price is going to be a bit higher versus other locations, nonetheless it's open.

Most travellers and locals alike won’t tell you to go here, as it’s not ‘impressive’ in the stereotypical sense. But if you like fresh, authentic local cuisine at a very reasonable price, got here.

The menu changes slightly, we had burritos for lunch one day and meatballs another. Sounds heavy, but it’s not. It was delicious and light. We also shopped here for fresh produce and plan to become regulars. One of our favourite lunch spots in CDMX.

Excellent location in the heart of condesa. You can get a really good breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. I typically stop by to get my agua del dia. I highly recommend the green juice!

What a gem of a market in such a pretentious neighborhood! lol. Olivia, the woman at the seafood counter is so lovely. I’ve had a very enjoyable convo with her while she made me fresh ceviche to go and even offered me some of what she had just made to munch on while I waited.

I bought lots of veggies & fruit from the man right across from her. I forgot his name. He was so nice & honest, he even wrote all the prices out for me to see before I paid. That was a 1st in Condesa and I was very grateful for that. The total was lower than I expected and I would’ve paid him more for the great service.

Good prices for vegetables and fruits, few food stands, no English menus, fair prices. Enjoy it while it lasts.

One of my favorite places. Fresh carrot juice juice here. Great produce. Nice sellers. Don't miss it. Tables and chairs on one end.

Don't miss the chance to try the enchiladas from a local that is at the end of the hallway , you can have 1 order plus juice or water for just 56.00 MX. Super cheap and delicious
