Beautiful place! We came on a Monday and there were few people. Some of the pools were empty but it's okay. We preferred the more natural pools and waterfalls down by the river. The water is definitely thermal but not hot. It's warm water. The waterfalls are like a massage. We ate at the restaurant. Food and prices were good. 130 pesos per adult. And they are paving the dirt road with concrete. Very nice!

This is a paradise! Great food, people and pools. This is most peaceful place in this region. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy your family and friends, this is place to go. The rooms are very clean, great prices and service. I highly recommend it!

Best place to enjoy the weekend with camping near to Mexico city. Entry & prices at restaurant menu are not too costly. There are two areas where we can have natural camping without lights and crowd and common area with power supplies, you can enjoy your time in natural camping especially on no moon day.. 😉😉😉

Good place for weekend camping..you can enjoy there with friends family. Inside your have restaurant, you can get good breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are some places where you can cook your marinated items( put camp next to the place where you can cook). You can play inside pools and you have some natural pools as well. Common bathrooms and toilets are ok. You will get firewood, Night you can put fire 🔥 near to your camps.

Who needs Tolantongo, when you can go here ? Way nicer, very clean, friendly staff and overall not that crowded. I really enjoyed it. The water is very clean an d the different swimming pools are lot of fun.

If you want to be in contact with nature. This is the best place to go. Water is warm ,and pools have no added chemicals.

Very affordable, beautiful surroundings and great natural temperature of the water. Perfect for friends and families.

Es un lugar hermoso, super recomendable, todo limpio, el agua cristalina, templada, todo el tiempo corre, no es estancada, los precios accesibles.
Ojalá las personas que asistan cuiden el lugar, sobre todo que depositen la basura en su lugar. Y prohíban las bebidas alcohólicas, ya que esa gente es la que deja sus latas de cerveza, cerca de las pozas o del río o meten a escondidas botellas de vidrio y luego están rotas en el piso.
Pero en general es un paraíso natural

Es un lugar muy bonito para convivir con la naturaleza, ofrece amenidades para pasar un rato agradable, desde de mi última visita mejoraron mucho los servicios de baños y vestidores. Estuve 2 días, en el primero no me gustó mucho pues para empezar la atención en el restaurante fue de mala gana por la mesera que prácticamente le tuvimos que pedir que nos atendiera, además que cobran un 5% adicional por el pago con tarjeta y todavía al total le agregan un 5% pues según ellos así se cobra, para el segundo día nos fue mejor, nos atendieron en otro comedor alejado de la tienda, donde todo fue diferente en este lugar nos dieron el desayuno incluido en el hospedaje, en conclusión el lugar está perfecto en cuanto a la naturaleza y en cuanto a los servicios, solo asegúrense de llevar efectivo
