Had a great experience at Kpala Spa. Staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Facility was very clean and provided a relaxing environment.I got a hydrofacial with Liliana and was one of the best I’ve ever received. She was very knowledgeable and catered to my skin needs. I would highly recommended.

Victoria was friendly, informative, and skillful. Everyone else on staff was welcoming and professional. I look forward to returning for additional treatments.

Hey, digital nomad here from the USA. Every new city I travel to, I like to find my go-to spa. This is it for Mexico City! I went for 4 different appointments: deep cleansing facial with hollywood peel twice (I am wowed by the care they put into the deep cleansing facials... one of the best I have experienced to date), laser hair removal, and a massage. All were 5 star experiences. I also like the way they always paired me with the same person for every appointment—Victoria.

Vicky is the best. I go see her for facials and the dermapen and mesotherapy treatment whenever I'm in CDMX. Good prices and very kind staff.

My go to place. I have gotten several facials here, including their amazing hydra facial and microdermabrasion. I’ve also gotten laser hair removal for my bikini and they were amazing. No pain, and noticeable results. Their massages and products are also quite good. Cannot recommend these ladies enough. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Wow! I’m very pleased with the warmth, a wide variety of treatment options this small spa offers, and most importantly treatments that provide visible results! I had the Lifting Facial con Radio Frecuencia (Bipolar, Tripolar, Multipolar, Diatermia) 60 min and it was worth it! I’m 68 and my face needed lifting without surgery. Honestly I look fresh and can see noticeable change after 3 weeks. I can’t wait for the full effect in 3 months! I absolutely LOVE their product line Germaine de Capuccini. Noticiable results! OMG- have your concierge call for you if you don't speak English; this is a MUST DO in mexico city- Old-school deep cleaning facial. She used multiple different devices and a great deal of manual treatments- the last time I had a facial like this was from Svetlana in San Francisco (she retired 5 years ago) I can't stress the value return for your time and money spent here- SELF CARE! And Vicki was a treat, even though I have no idea what she was talking about. It's definitely not like a hotel spa facial - this is the real deal, the kind you'd love to get monthly. I made an appt for my partner to get a facial on the next day and he was equally impressed.

The most professional and the role they show you can get it in Mexico City for sure… This is not just a spa facial this is improving your skin… Prices are amazing technicians are amazing highly highly recommend!!!

I got the holiday peel for the first time since their recommended it to me to treat enlarged pores, acne, and acne scars. My skin is sensitive and this technique work wonders for me.

Two days later my skin looks healthier, more clear, and clean. Probably the most effective facial I ever had.

If you are traveling form abroad and looking for a facial! This is the spot. Very professional in assessing skin care and concerns. Multiple treatments can be provided in one visit. What I would pay for a handful of facials in USA is one here. Walked out with a significant difference in skin texture and tone. Now I am glowing.

I had a great facial here - deep cleanse with microdermabrasion. Vicky was both knowledgeable and kind. Good value for money. Certainly I will visit Kpala again for facial treatments.

One of the most amazing facial experiences I have had!

Instead of booking via Google, it is better to reserve your appointment via WhatsApp or their Facebook page, because the opening hours are inaccurate on Google (i.e. they close at 4pm on Saturdays). Thankfully the owner was still around when I arrived at 4:45pm, and very graciously proceeded with my appointment.

The spa is located on the 6th floor of an orange building. You will have to check in at the lobby (left of parking lot entrance), and check out when you leave. The store is clean, hygienic, and cozy.

I opted for the hydrafacial treatment. At the beginning, the owner asked about my skin concerns, and I explained that I have blackheads on my T-zone, and a pimple on my chin that is bothering me. She was so attentive in targeting those areas that I have pointed out, taking extra steps and effort to make sure that my nose is clean and my pimple treated.

The hydrafacial is slightly different from the 2 other hydrafacials I have done in Asia. Previously, the spas that I went to will only use the hydrafacial equipment (3 steps). Here, she first cleansed, steamed, exfoliated, and used ultrasound vibration to do deep pore cleaning. Then, she manually removed some blackheads, and interchanged with using the hydrafacial equipment. Then she applied mask (activated carbon for my nose, and hydrating mask for the rest of my face) and massaged my shoulders. Finally the treatment ended with applying lotion. It is really great value.

In addition, she also did special treatment for my pimple. It was like magic - the pimple is flat by the end of the facial!

What is worth pointing out is that the entire process was so comfortable and relaxing! Typically removing blackheads are painful. I was amazed that not only did it not hurt, there was no trace of redness on my skin. She was so careful and skilled in her work. I could not have been more satisfied with the end results.

Highly recommended - cannot wait to come back in two weeks' time!
