Our server Pepe was very nice and he made sure my friend with allergies was safe eating his food without concern. Nice open atmosphere, very fresh guacamole. The owner walks around and personally makes sure customers are happy.

My husband and I enjoyed our meal here tremendously! The staff were all super friendly and helpful! The fresh salsa made in front of you was a wonderful touch. We know they recently moved locations and hope they do well here, a true Mexican experience!

Great place, delicious Seafood and Mexican food. Get there soon, closes on December 31st, 2022. Being torn down and, replaced with a highrise. New locations open on the new year on the Golden Zone. Hope it keeps the same atmosphere.

We stopped for an early afternoon drink and late lunch. Asked about sharing an order of fajitas and while not on the menu there was no hesitation in our order. They brought us a great hot plate of chicken fajitas and a couple of very good margaritas. Very nice atmosphere just off the main drag, local feel (inside or out) while connected to the Playa Bonita Hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The staff is very friendly and accommodate to all of your needs...the kids ate the medallions which they all loved I had the chicken enchiladas with the green sauce and they were good.... my wife had the garlic shrimp and it was too salty...great place a little more pricey in their new location

The food was fabulous and the service was great. Our waiter, Pepe, has a great sense of humour and the atmosphere throughout the restaurant was great. Thanks for another great dining experience!

Jorge and his crew were amazing from beginning to end. The fresh made guacamole and salsa was incredible the tacos were amazing and the staff were wonderful. We look forward to the next time.

We were looking for a sit down restaurant and stumbled upon Las Zarapes. We could not be happier. They freshly prepared their homemade salsa at our table. The chicken soup, my husband ordered was delicious. The. House salad was huge with fresh vegetables. The beef medallions we ordered were perfectly cooked and the grilled vegetables not over cooked but al dente. Pepe, the owner, looked after all of our needs, and was most friendly. Highly recommended.

Table side salsa is a great compliment to the Don Emilio. Mahi-mahi smotherd in mushrooms sauteed with chili peppers.

Arguably my favorite up fish dish. Loved it last year....does not disapoint!

We love coming here every year. Always a great meal in an authentic Mexican restaurant. The decor is beautiful. You have to look all around the restaurant to enjoy it all.
My favorite meal is the Zarapes filet. I like to order a little chimichurri sauce to dip in. My wife likes the Arrachera steak. Just like everybody else, we can’t wait to get the salsa fresh made at the table with the charred tomato and onion in it.
Next time I go, I’m going to save room for desert and get the Bananas Flambé. It’s a spectacular show to see it prepared and presented at the table! Great service by the waiters makes dinner memorable.

Salsa and guacamole made right at the table. Everything was really good. We didn't care for the frijolies but we haven't had any locally that we have liked. Delicious food and great service!

We ate there 3 times. Gabriel was our waiter. Food was excellent. The wait crew were so good . Best guacamole (They make it at your table) chicken shishkabobs were excellent. If you are ever in Mazatlan you need to eat there!

This place was simply fantastic. From the delicious food to the amazing staff, we had a such a great time. Ernesto (Neto) was such a friendly server and he helped us make the most of our time. Will definitely return on my next trip to Mazatlan. Once again, the food was Delicious!

I love this place. Everytime I've been to Mazatlan I stop here and eat. The drinks are strong and the food is good. They make the best salsa, and its fresh they do it in front of you. I highly recommend this place.

This was our 2nd visit here and the food was absolutely amazing both times. They have plenty of great options for vegetarians, too. My favorite are definitely their garlic mushrooms and veggie fajitas. All staff members were very friendly and we even got to meet the owner, Jorge who was super nice and gave us multiple local recommendations. The atmosphere is great, too. Love their decorations and hope to be back sooner than later!

Every November on my visit to Mazatlan. I eat here at least four times. Service us great, salsa and guacamole made fresh at the table. The whole snapper is my favorite.

Los Zarapes is one of the most friendliest places to eat. They have entertainment and great food try the carne asada steak. George is a great owner that is him on the right with his good friend Johnny.

Awesome spot with a great covered outdoor dining area. Everybody’s food was excellent and the service was top notch. Jorge came around and did some magic tricks for our little man and had him grinning ear to ear!
