Hospital Marina Mazatlan

Wife had stomach troubles while traveling from the US. While it is unfortunate to have to write this review, I feel we were very fortunate to have chosen Hospital Marina Mazatlan. We went to the ER and was immediately seen by a staff that was very proficient in English. There were a few moments that required Google translate, but for the most part we were able to communicate effectively. The treatment was quick and efficient and very professional. We primarily dealt with one nurse and 2 doctors. They ask before they do anything as you are being charged on a item by item basis. Certainly added quite a bit of cost to our vacation, but by US standards the prices were very reasonable. No deposit taken up front, we were given an itemized bill and paid upon exit. Our credit card was accepted. While the event was unfortunate we feel very good about the level of care that was received.

We came here for a second opinion (my daughter had a likely infected dog bite with puncture wound to her face). Very glad we did. Dr. Alcaraz Rendón was very friendly and professional. He also gave us a number to call if our daughter does not respond to the antibiotics he prescribed. Rates for physician consult were well priced and We were in to see the physician immediately. Would definitely come again, and we recommend to other tourists.

Exceptional care from all the staff, nurses and doctors. Most of the staff speak very good English making it easy for an American to get excellent medical services here. Thanks to Dr. Quevedo & Dr. Madrid Beltran for the excellent treatment I received at the hospital.

This was our second experience as an inpatient at Hospital Marina. The care was great. The room was modern and comfortable. And the staff was more responsive than in any hospital in the US

I broke a leg at a nearby resort in October and needed immediate surgery. The emergency room doctor was wonderful, treating me with care and compassion. The orthopedic surgeon, anesthesiologist and other medical staff were equally caring and provided excellent surgical care. The nursing staff took great care of me for several days that were necessary. I cannot say more how excellent the care at this hospital was.

We were staying in Mazatlan last year, and on Feb 1St my wife had a stroke, we got her to the hospital and they got right on it, she had the best care, we had air ambulance insurance, and they helped us out there, they were great, we cannot say enough. The food was great, and the care was exeptional.

IMO the best hospital in Mazatlan with great doctors and excellent care. They have an experienced insurance staff that deals with NOB insurance companies. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

In the last 3 years, my wife gave birth to my kids at Hospital Marina. The service is just like a 5 start Hotel!

El dia 30 Enero para llegar a nvo.año me interne en el Hospital La Marina,me atendio un equipo estupendo de Dres. me quede y ahi pase año nvo,las enfermeras fueron muy pacientes,con una actitud muy amable,la comida para ser de Hospital variado y mi gracias! Por todo! Los recomendarefam.mucontentos con el menu del Restaurante,bueno y barato

Excelente servicio por parte de todo el personal. La atención es rápida y de calidez, siempre atendiendote de la manera más cordial.
Las instalaciones son nuevas y limpias, y principalmente en estos tiempos de pandemia se nota la limpieza profunda que realizan.
El trato de enfermería muy ameno y personalizado.
Los médicos con diagnósticos acertados y siempre al pendiente del paciente.
Cuentan con la mejor tecnología en laboratorio y gabinete, y el personal de estas áreas siempre amable.
Los precios son accesibles y justos.
Definitivamente la mejor opción para atención médica en Mazatlán.

Necesito tener comunicación con una enfermera de atendió a mi mamá un par de años en el área de hemodiálisis, solo la conozco por su nombre Fabiola también la atendió en emodialisis en el hospital general de la esperanza ocupo saber del doctor felix neufrologo el atendió a mi mamá 4 años

Es un hospital que tienen el mejor equipo médico, la mejor tecnología, esta muy limpio y la calidez humana de todo el personal es única.

Al llegar te sientes tranquilo, hemos ido ahi ya dos veces, malestares que suceden cuando andas de vacaciones, garganta y estomacales, buen servicio, precios acessibles servicio las 24/7!!

Miy buen hospital, cuenta con un excelente cuerpo de medicos con mucha experiencia.. ademas de contar con alta tecnologia en aparatos... recomendadisimo...
