Lovely dinner at Sylvestre. It's a gorgeous restaurant with great ambiance. We shared "the Cowboy" steak, alongside grilled veggies and the souffle potatoes (which come with a fantastic dipping sauce).

I had a delightful dining experience. The interior is pretty cool. The waitstaff were attentive, ensuring a pleasant evening for this solo traveler. What stood out was their willingness to customize portion sizes to my liking, making the meal truly personalized. Overall, a great place for a fun and enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend!

A real highlight of our trip so far.

Went recently and had an amazing experience that I had to go back! First time around, ordered Provoleta (cheese) and it was better than at a nearby big Argentine restaurant. Also ordered Entraña (both times) and it was absolutely amazing, again better than at close by restaurants also known for meat. I was genuinely REALLY impressed on my second visit because I ordered Artichoke, that comes with a sauce that contains gluten (has soy), I mentioned to the waiter that I am gluten free and he comes back and prepares a new batch of the sauce without soy at our table. Our waiter’s name was Daniel V, I HIGHLY recommend him if you ever go and want that extra touch of attention/ service, especially if you are concerned about any allergens as he was very knowledgeable about the ingredients in each plate! Generally, allergies are not listed on Menus, but he made sure to be helpful! The restaurant also gives a bread that is made from Tapioca/Yuca!

The short story: one the best places I've been in Mexico city. It all starts with great service. Our waiter Homero was amazing and provided great recommendations for both food and drinks. The food: outstanding. From appetizers to the amazing dessert. Their take on the T-Bone steak was perfect, tender and exactly as I ordered. Everyone on the table was happy with their choice of entree. I definitely hope to return everytime I am in town.

What an awesome place. The house it is located at was built for Mexican legend and actress María Félix. It has been transformed into a beautiful restaurant with several rooms all connected to create an elegant place. It’s two bars are made with large tree logs adding a unique touch. It has an elevator for those with limited mobility. We tried the Kobe beef. It was a delight. The place is pricy but it is worth every penny.

This time I was here with a friend from London 🏴?????? having dinner! Service is good & food is as delicious 😋 as always! My favorite thing about this place is the cosy atmosphere!

Very nice meal. The steak I had was great. We also ordered pork tacos and ant larvae tacos. Both were very good too!

Absolutely delicious food! Fantastic service, beautiful fancy restaurant located in Polanquito a very nice area in Mexico City. One of the best places I’ve ever ate! As soon as I’m back I will go back in a heart beat!

Great service, very íntimate setting and great food. I loved their arrachera (skirt steak) and their eggplant parmesan. I'd recommend it for a romantic dinner or a company celebration.

Oops! I booked the wrong location but Natale took good care of us. Even though it was an extremely busy night she found us a table outside then saw my daughter was cold. Got her a blanket and then found us a table inside. Great service, wouldn’t have happened in the USA. Steaks were great and the sides amazing. Don’t forget to have the pavlova. Best desert ever. We will come back again.

Everything here is 5 starts: place, service, food and cocktails.
They don't have a great selection for aperitifs but they tried to accommodate a drink to my needs with what they had. They did the same with dessert.
The meat here is REALLY good, the octopus was fantastic.
We also had salmon and it was very fresh and tasty.
I suggest you go with an empty stomach and ready to spend! I don't think the restaurant is expensive since everything you pay is well worth the price.
The place is loud, young and chic. I don't recommend this if you want a quite and/or romantic evening.

Absolutely 5 stars! The design inside is incredible and the drinks and food are delicious. We got a ton of small plates to share which was really fun and then also ordered a steak which was huge and very delicious. We got the medium size which was still too big, even for 6 of us since we were full on the small plates.

This restaurant serves nice steak (cortes) and mexican food. Good service but especially very classy environment (however casual feeling in the top floor) with an amazing terrace in the back. Music was a bit loud, which makes it suitable if you're going there, not only for food but drinks. The waiter was so kind to have the music turned down a bit upstairs. In the first floor you can find a more formal lounge suitable for business meetings. All food was great, except for the churros we ordered, which were well done, but served cold. Other than that, steak, salad and tacos were delicious!

Upscale restaurant on the heart of Polanquito. Went for an early lunch, so we got the full attention of every waiter in the restaurant. Food was very tasty. Was in the mood for a meat: got a stake tartare for appetizer and a stake with potatoes as main course. It didn't disappoint. Service was fast. You pay for what you get.

This place was amazing. The food and service was top notch. We had t bone and sea bass habanero. They were delicious. Environment was just beautiful
