Highly recommend! The staff is amazing, awesome, and so helpful with any needs. The rooms are so clean! The breakfast is a must, absolutely delicious. Angel and Hugo are great! Angel did so much for me during my stay. I was so grateful and appreciative of his assistance.
I'm afraid of elevators they were willing to ride me up and down. I toughed out my fears and did it on my own, but the fact they were willing to do that meant so much to me. The fitness center is awesome, as well as the pool. I have zero complaints, only all compliments! The location was great for me.

This is a heads up on the beds. Read further. If you dont have a problem with hard beds, just ignore my comments below. Also I have updated for a change of rooms from 526 to 411. It was an upgrade for her Holiday Inn membership.

The beds in 411 were still firm but not as hard as the beds in 526 and I was able to sleep more comfortably in this room. 411 beds were actually pretty comfy all things considered. Thanks go to Mr.Roberto Acosta for everything he did to assist us. He is a treasure.

A good hotel. Normally would not be a first choice as it is a distance from the centro historico. But, hey, there is always Uber.

And its location puts it in walking distsnce of Sta Maria la Ribera and also Insurgentes where one can grab a metrobus or walk to the Republica metro. There are many places worth checking out in this colonia. See my Jay Francis Secret Mexico City group on FB.

The beds in room 526 were barely tolerable for me as they are those typical firm beds one finds too often in Mexico. The so called therapeutic beds that seem to be so popular here.

The restaurant. Very nice. I’d skip the breakfast buffet here and take an Uber to Nico’s or explore Sta Maria la Ribera for a breakfast place. But. I had a bit of stomach virus and was impressed by the chicken soup at the restaurant served me here. It was delicious.

Previous comments;
Typical of many Mexican hotels. Firm going toward like sleeping on concrete. I am afraid that I will have to report that I am sleep deprived. We are here for three nights using free hotel stay points with Holiday Inn.

Great staff. I arrived way early in the morning and they arranged to have my room ready by 12 o’clock instead of 3 o’clock. So I walked down Hidalgo to the centro historico. A long walk, but not an unpleasant one.

Great swimming pool. Great gym.

Excellent, modern place that sits in a neighbourhood near to a lot of great stuff to see on foot. Near the downtown / commercial area, close to shopping, close to transit. Rooms were clean and quiet. Rooms also had Chromecast devices so we could stream our own videos and music to the TV! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great value!

The best hotel in CDMX that I’ve been too. The rooms are simple but very practical. The hotel has a huge gym, that is also accessible for non-guests. In the ground floor there is a Starbucks. The hotel is really cheap. Location is not the best but there are restaurants and public transport in close distance and due to the central location you can get quickly everywhere by taxi. Will definitely come back next time 👍

Inside of the hotel was clean, restaurant was not bad, waiters were kind and patient. All staff were great for the most part. A few very minor things would have made our stay a bit more enjoyable: coffee maker in our room didn't work and for whatever reason, our maids didn't like to refill our water and outright refused to give use coffee cups or mugs - yes there is a Starbucks in the lobby but these are little things that could be done to make things better. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were the best we've ever had while travelling all over the world. A few vegan options on the menu would have been nice. The neighborhood, at first, seemed a bit sketchy but once we got grounded, it turned out to be a blessing that we were so close to the metro and the neighborhood turned out to be really cool. We had our clothes washed at the Lavanderia 2 blocks away for 70 pesos. Breakfast restaurants on every corner Taxis, private and local were right out the front door and staff were more than helpful when organizing day trips. Yes we would come back to the hotel. One last thing, our room was facing the street and could be kind of noisy but that's not the hotel's fault. Thank you for helping us Gringos enjoy Mexico City!

Awesome experience! Wonderful staff and service. The rooms are clean and updated.
Hotel is centrally located. The Starbucks in the lobby is a blessing in disguise. The underground parking is very convenient. Enjoyed our stay here.

This hotel is located on a prime to CDMX, close to everything, yet quiet enough to enjoy your time while I'm the city. Lots of options to walk to, dine in, movies, theater... State of the art technology in the rooms, with great unlimited bandwidth wifi, option to do Casting to your rooms TV the same way you'd do back home... Definitively the best option for your trip.

I loved my stay here. Although we got here early from another country they didn't let us check in until after awhile but still they gave us WiFi 😃. They are happy to explain when we ask questions and they also try to accommodate all our requests. There is a complimentary buffet breakfast. There's also buffet lunch for $20 per person. The rooms are clean, you can cast things to the TV and watch what you want

I was very surprised about this hotel. This place has a great fitness center. They have GYM, spinning and swimming instructors. The best part was having breakfast at the rooftop which had a nice view of the pool and big screen tv. The people at front desk where very friendly . The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this place for price, cleanliness and GYM center.

Hidden Gem. This hotel is a steal. Very cheap, with a great and safe family friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend buying a room that includes complimentary breakfast. The breakfast time is 6:30am-12:00pm. The breakfast is an all you can eat continental breakfast with high-quality food. The staff is super helpful and nice. The hotel is in a great location. It's not too far from the Zocalo, the airport etc. Uber rides to all the major attractions (excluding the floating gardens) were under 90 pesos. In all, this is a great hotel, and I recommend it for every kind of traveler.

We had made reservations for our family far in advance to ensure that we were able to secure two adjacent rooms. Unfortunately, at check in there was an issue and our rooms were on the same floor, but far apart. The manager on duty, Cristal Najera, came in and saved the day. She saw that we had kids and that we were IHG rewards members & quickly made some adjustments, upgrading one room to a suite with an adjoining standard room - that’s service. She was amazing and certainly made for a nice stay. Highly recommend the property for its location, amenities, but even more for its service.
