Loved this restaurant and this little town overall. Such beautiful architecture, quaint alleys to wander through, and lush flowering trees woven throughout the town. Definitely worth the stop. Baked goods were divine and we had coffee and dinner as well. The bread was fantastic of course! I had the burger as well which was delicious.

We stumbled on this place and it’s absolutely beautiful. Set in a gallery setting surrounded by brick and stone foundation walls with palm trees throughout - it turned out to be an absolute gem.

Service was a bit slow and not super attentive. But the food and atmosphere were worth it!! A great drive up from Cabo for brunch.

The service is average
The food: every pastry was absolutely delicious and glorious in every bite, you can actually taste everything from the butter, cream's, doughs
I recommend trying the almond croissant 🥐 & Carrot Cake 🥕 🍰, El triunfo's Tart

The place: It is a beautiful place, very colorful, lots of art and historical themed, very good place to have breakfast there

Beautiful, historic café. Fresh bread is made on a daily basis. Service was quick from ordering to receiving our food.
I ordered a turkey sandwich with a tall glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The sandwich came with a salad that had leafy greens, candied walnuts, sunflower seeds cranberries, halved cherry tomatoes and a home made dressing. The sandwich had hand carved turkey on thick slices of home made bread.

The other 3 orders were equally good. I suggest coming early morning or later afternoon.

Great home made German style sausages and in house produced cheese.. in the middle of Baja.. a nice change from tacos in a pleasant setting right next to the mining museum...Excellent service and good Margaritas a bonus.. Take a few to go if you can grill them up yourself.. delicious !

This café has been my favorite place to get good food on the Baja for years.
They serve everything like salad, sandwiches pizza and the fresh bread is amazing. It sells out fast though but it will still be warm when you get your hands on it. So delicious!

Gem of a place on the road between La Paz and Los Barriles. Fresh baked bread, pastries and pizza. We stopped in for breakfast and had French toast and an omelette. The French toast was one of the best I've ever had and was served with real maple syrup. The omelette came with potatoes and a fruit cup. Beware that the prices are quite high, but the food really is delicious. Had the wood fire oven pizza on a previous visit and it was also great.

A must stop. The bakery items were beyond delicious and Marcos was a delightful conversationalist. Wish we could have stayed for pizza. Perhaps a bit pricey but worth the experience!

Incredible pizza. We ordered a large with half Vegetarian and half El Triunfo. Thin crust and very tasty with fresh ingredients. Great courtyard garden in the back, very tranquil and cool even on a hot day. Bread is amazing too.

Great chill vibe and well done renovation of old building compound in sleepy old silver mining town. Nice wood fired pizza, home made pasta, and the bread is fantastic... apparently the owner is a master baker who studied in Paris.

Looking for espresso? They make a great coffee and their pastries were incredible. The building is like a museum and fun to walk through. We didn’t eat a proper meal here because we didn’t have time. I wish we planned to stay here longer!

Oh my goodness! We stopped in for tea and a pastry to split and it was delicious! The staff were friendly. The place is quiet and quaint. Rustic, historical cafe. Bigger than it looks. Full service menu.

An amazing hidden gem for a fantastic wood fired pizza. The place is beautiful and well shaded during hot days. Super friendly service and aside from the pizza, the pastries and desserts make me want to return

What a great spot for lunch on the drive between Los Cabos and La Paz! Pizzas, sandwiches, salads and few house specialties on the menu. The bread is made in-house and is so good. We had the mushroom pizza (small is enough for 2 to share) and the house salad (also enough to share). Had to buy some bread to take home. The patio setting is lovely. Yes, it's expensive for the area but you aren't going to find anything else like this in BCS. Enjoy!

HIDDEN GEM ALERT!! 10/10 recommend this amazing little cafe in the middle of transit to the Cabo San Lucas from La Paz. Totally worth the stop and getting some fantastic locally made goods.

Wonderful stop for lunch. Expensive after La Paz but so delicious. Handmade bread and deserts are the absolute best I’ve ever had.

This is a gem of a place in the middle of nowhere. The building itself and the restaurant are worth the visit. The food was fantastic. They bake bread daily in a wood-fired oven and the desserts are beautiful to see. My wife and I split an order of tuna tacos and they were excellent. There was so much tuna, it was a meal in itself. The town is a great little spot in the hills and worth a visit

Did the detour to this old mining town. Had lunch at the Café El Triunfo, and we shared the large Mexican pizza (wood fired), which was great! Check out the cemetery too while you're in town.
