Vallarta Transfers was ready and waiting for us at the airport. They found out it was our honeymoon, and they had complimentary champagne waiting for us too! Miguel was the most amazing driver and host! We requested he pick us up for our return to the airport as well, and our wish was granted. It was all smooth and easy, and the personal touches were great!

This was our third time using this service provider and they never disappoint. Professional, friendly, safe and efficient are all descriptions of the wonderful drivers. Karina was so patient with us while we stopped for shopping and greeted us with her beautiful smile. Carlos was on time at our hotel to make sure we made it to the airport safely for our return flight.Thank you for taking the stress out of vacation transportation and we will continue to use your shuttle when we return to PVR.

We used Vallarta Transfers in February 2023 for the first time. Very punctual. Easy to locate outside the airport. We didn’t have to worry about anything. They were outside waiting for us after our later than scheduled arrival. They had a cold beer and water waiting too which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this private transfer service. We thought highly enough of them that we booked our airport transportation with them again in winter 2024.

I had pre-ordered a bus for our group of 19. We were picked up right where they told me, with a sign for us. We were safely taken to the hotel. An email was sent verifying our return date and time a couple days prior, great service. We were picked up on time and taken to the airport right outside departures. Would definitely hire again! Air conditioned vehicle with drinks provided!! Great service.

I highly recommend this company’s services. Our coordinator was waiting for us right at the airport’s main entrance. He walked us to our vehicle and our driver was ready to transport us to our hotel.
Our driver was super friendly and experienced. She made us feel welcomed to her city.

I highly recommend this company, they deliver top notch service and drivers. They are there waiting at the airport exit holding a sign with your name ready to escort you to your driver and vehicle. Judy was our driver, it was a pleasure to meet her and also have her drive us and provide us with helpful information and local tips. We paid the $50 extra for a stop at Walmart to do grocery shopping, Judy recommended a wonderful clean modern grocery store where she waited patiently for one hour for us to complete our shopping.Judy was there to pick us up at our condo on departure date and not one minute late. Their prices are much lower than their competitors, we were eight and a half kilometers south of Puerto Vallarta and some of the other companies we're going to charge us about $100 more.

This was our 1st time using them and we give them 5 stars. Due to our initial group size, our normal transport would have been uncomfortable so we decided to give them a chance as they had better fleet, great reviews, and services that we are use to. Great drivers and staff as well. We will definitely use them again on our next visit here.

There was no wait time for van we exited airport there was a representative waiting with our last name displayed, the van was there waiting for us. Drivers were friendly, felt safe. Our return trip was great as well! The communication through their website was great as well! Highly recommend this transfer company!

They were ready and waiting for us at the airport even though it took 90 minutes to get through immigration. Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Clean vans.
For the return trip, the driver was a few minutes early and he helped load a ton of luggage.

We had a large group of 30 take over 10 different transfers during our time in Puerto Vallarta and it could not have gone more smoothly.

Melissa & Margarita were extremely professional to work with from a booking perspective and accommodated our many needs. We were not an easy group considering our size and they handled us with ease.

Sabino and Edwardo were our drivers the majority of the time and they were always early for every trip and were more than happy to accommodate us whenever we had last minute changes.

The buses themselves were very nice, always kept clean and the drivers drove very safely and professionally. Vallarta Transfers & Incentives were one of the best vendors we worked with during our entire trip and we would happily choose them again.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the company's online presence, so I decided to book them for a round trip from the airport to my hotel. Once I booked, the company continued to exceed expectations by sending frequent updates and helpful information via email. Their thorough email explained exactly how to locate my driver upon arrival in Puerto Vallarta and included tips for navigating the airport. I appreciated that they also monitored my flight status to ensure prompt pick-up, but it's important to provide them with all necessary details about your arrival and/or departure flights.

Our driver was courteous and promptly helped us load our luggage before transporting us safely to our resort.

A day prior to our departure, the company sent another email confirming the pick-up time and location. On the day of our departure, the driver arrived early and we did not have to wait. The driver helped us load our luggage and provided a comfortable and secure ride back to the airport.

In both instances, the vehicles were immaculate and the drivers were exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs.
