Purchased a Fagor dishwasher. Had it installed and it immediately had a leak. Contacted ONNERA group as required for service. Took a week to get a repair person to look at it. It has now been over a week and the repair man has been calling them every day about the part and to get approval for the repair. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. All I get is an email saying "thanks for contact us, we will get back to you"

Dan turno mixto pero mayormente es rolar turnos aparte de que te cobran las botas si te sales antes , y los supervisores te obligan a hacer tiempo extra obligatorio no se diga los baños debes checar entradas y salidas con un gafete y solo hay dos baños es algo inhumano hacer eso
