Aeropuerto Internacional de Culiacán

Small airport , easy to navigate around , is so small it looks like it only have 1 bag belt for the whole airport. Car rentals just outside the airport but is better if you make reservations ahead of time, even though you might spend some time there with paperwork . .

Relatively small airport. Lots of work currently being done to improve it. Very courteous employees. Registration and boarding for flights was quick and efficient.

Great airport to fly to & from. Security and Immigration is quick. There are many food options considering that there is a food court. There are also offices for the airlines that operate there. There are many seats & charging stations. There are 2 gates but you’ll most likely not be using them. A.C. In the terminal is great it especially helps with the humidity. The airport is small but functions well.

It really fine it has somewhere you can eat and it's fast and you can pick up your rented car so it's fine.

A very small but efficient airport. The staff are polite and professional. It's not too busy which is always a good thing.

Super clean, well trained staff, and the cafeteria have good taste dishes, I never had a problem with my luggage.

Overall: I love the Modern look to it.

Pros: I love that grupo OMA has expanded the airport. I was in Culiacan this September 2012. And i love the new improvements.
Its a good size for the amount of passangers that go thru here yearly. And they do offer National destinations.

Cons: Although Culiacan is a large city in Mexico. I believe that it is missing something and that is "International" flights. I did fly to Culiacan on Volaris from Los Angeles. But they need to expand more. I think Phoenix and Las Vegas would not be a bad idea.
