Amazing place, beautiful hotel, awesome amenities, perfect location. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

Rooms were clean, it's a comfortable place to stay since it's nearby restaurants. When we arrived and went into our room it wasn't the room we booked so we had to wait about 10 minutes for them to give us the correct one. We had an early flight next morning so they brought us our breakfast the day before, which was quite nice. I loved how there is a kitchen, with simple cooking tools for us to cook if we wish. Definitely visiting again when I am in Mexico City

It is so cool to stay such a nice place. Rooms are bigger and the view from my window was amazing. The breakfast was full of variety and delicious. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

The Hotel overall is pretty good. Clean, organized and well decorated. The rooms are reasonable in terms of size. Higher rooms have a privileged view. It is close to a great mall and other good restaurants and bars. The staff are very attentive and polite making the service excellent.

Amazing hotel. Greatly enjoyed my stay here, as the staff are amazing, with great care and attention put into the quality of the rooms. The rooms have a great view of the city, the bathrooms are very clean at all times, with different soaps and products if one forgets anything. The terrace offers a good place to sit back and relax, or most business ordeals. The breakfast is good, and travelers staying for shorter periods of time do not need to worry about limited options becoming boring day after day. The suites lean more to the expensive side, but are well worth the cost and more. Amazing experience!

It is located in the heart of Santa Fe an upscale district in Mexico City, it is located at walking distance from the Santa Fe shopping center and from the "la mexicana" park. There is public transportation available nearby and some of the best shops in town.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed till now. I've stayed in this hotel for almost 2.5 months and I had an awesome stay. The staff were very warm and always ready to help you with your query. Perfect place for Indians because of complete kitchen setup, incase something misses they are ready to arrange it in no time. I miss those days. Forgot to mention that the place is in a walking distance to Centro mall, the biggest mall in Mexico. You can find everything there.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly and honest. I once lost a laptop charger and they kept it for me. I also left a credit card at the front desk and they looked for me in the hotel to return it.

Cozy, excellent place to stay, nice restaurants near by. The area is safe. The only issue is the breakfast menu, doesn't change a lot and if you don't like eggs It doesn't offer many options.

This is a very nice and modern hotel. It's located by many of the multinational corporate offices located in Mexico. My room is spacious and has a great view. I even got a night free when I used my American Express!

The hotel is great, room is spacious and has a high ceiling. The breakfast is ok, could have a greater cheese variety. The staff is very helpful and always polite. The location is also very good, right by the Centro Santa Fé, closer to the via santa fe entrance.

The bed is amazing, perfect service, very quiet at night, nice shower, a lot of towels (clean towels), in general all was very good.
