Chiquitito Café

Our favorite coffee shop in CDMX. Came in 2018 and we’ve been every visit since. It’s so incredible to see how this cafe has grown. They now offer an outside patio. We’ve only had cafe and pan. Great atmosphere, great coffee, great people

A very busy and small café that was recommended by my airbnb host.

I wrote a few journals & watched a lot of people come in and out. It seemed to be a good local spot & I would recommend coming here and sitting outside.

It is my favorite coffee shop for 6 years, I take my "cortadito" every day. The attention and warmth of the baristas is unmatched, they are wonderful people that I consider my friends, especially Irvin. In all this time I have not had a single problem in the quality of my coffee or food, nor in the service. Its staff is very committed to serving quality drinks. Perhaps the only problem is that it is filling up with rude foreigners who have no intention of speaking Spanish or being nice with the staff or the locals.

In A Nutshell:

-Chiquitito Cafe is a wonderful place to grab a cup of joe.
-I read all the great reviews on Google Maps so I decided to check this spot out.
-I was not disappointed w/ their great tasting Americano.
-It really had the perfect taste, color & presentation.
-You can enjoy your coffee outside the tiny shop, while sitting in their outdoor seating amongst the tree lined streets of La Condesa.

Overall, this is a really good coffee shop in this part of CDMX.

Very cozy and yummy place. There was a bit of a queue on a Sunday morning but the coffee and the matcha that we tried were great. All the sweets looked very good as well, but haven’t tried them.

Ordered a croissant and chocolatine to go. I get asked if I want only one bag for both of the viennoiseries and I say yes, a few hours later I realize there’s only the chocolatine in the bag… it was good at least.
Edit; went back the next day and got my croissant, which was delicious! Thank you

Great place!! The staff was super friendly and our cold brews were amazing and well made.

Sometimes it is hard to find a place with good cold brew, this one doesn’t disappoint.

I had the oat milk coldbrew and was delish and full of flavors.

Also I tried the matcha cake and it was well balanced, def a good place to have a coffee if you are around

Good café shop located in CDMX. Definitely enjoyed their Americano café along with their delicious banana loaf pastry. Friendly service. Enjoyed it! I’ll make sure to swing by again when in CDMX.

Matcha latte and matcha and white chocolate cookie was delish. Cute, small local cafe.

Very cute, efficient cafe, with sidewalk seating. Beautiful lattes and cortados, their food was reasonably priced for the amount we got, and very good!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! Baristas know what they’re doing (they steamed my soy milk correctly and didn’t burn the coffee), and the avocado toast was delicious! Wish I had been able to go back

One of the best cafes I've been to in Mexico city. Perfect and generous serving of avocado toast, they play great music (Arcade Fire and MGMT while I was there), the coffee is great, they have a range of alternative milks (rice, soy, coconut and almond). It's called Chiquitito because it's small, but it's beautiful. Stop by for your morning coffee for sure.

Some of the best coffee we have found in CDMX so far - Cappuccino and Americano anyways. The ciabatta con queso de cabra (actually just sourdough bread sandwich not ciabatta) and sourdough con aguacate+arugula+feta+chile were delicious (I preferred the latter). Downside is that their hours on their building and website clearly say 730am but at 830am they were still not open and I was first to order at 840am. Looked on Instagram and no updates on a late opening... so maybe don't plan to arrive before 830am?

Excellent coffee, food, service and space. It’s easy to make this a regular visit.

Nice quaint place with a wide variety of coffees and a good selection of breads and sandwiches. Had their croissant which was quite soft and buttery. Their milk bread was also pretty nice. But the chocolate and sugar covered bread called Concha was the icing on the cake. Would recommend this place to anyone.

While staying near the Hippodromo and craving coffee, I had been meaning to visit the Chiquitito Cafe. I was very pleasantly impressed... rewarded with the fine coffee, friendly service and interesting local regular clientele. I highly recommend the Tostada de Aguacate (avocado toast) :-)

Relatively expensive but I won’t know lock a star because the latte and croissant was very good. Very cute/posh shop with good service. Recommend.

Seriously good coffee. Which is the main point. The baguette I had was delicious as well. The service is very nice and they speak English :) love this place.
