A very Spanish joint in Mexico City. The decor is very basque, cozy and comfortable. The service is mexican in the sense that they treat you like a king without overwhelming you. You’re not finished raising your hand and they are already there for you.

I got the oysters “rasurados”, the best I’ve had in years (a very Mexican recipe and not Spanish, but worth trying if you haven’t). The caldo de cola de res or oxtail broth is comfort food at its best. I also recommend the fish soup. The chuletón de vaca vieja is a good option to share with 2 or even 3 if you had enough appetisers. For dessert the tarta santiago is very well made and comes with a deli ice cream. One of the top 3 Spanish restaurants in Polanco if not the best.

The food and ambiance were fantastic. Not too noisy. Appetizers were creative and tasty. Salt cod balls and whole fish were cooked perfectly. The cheesecake with passion fruit sauce capped a memorable meal. This crab roll had cucumber and avocado.

If you are in the area, look no further for this is an absolute culinary experience! From the cool presentation, to taste, everything was right on point. The atmosphere is great, lots of open space, ideal for groups or large families. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

Chef Pablo San Roman created our menu, surf and turf if you will, a magical experience without a doubt that will be impossible to beat anytime soon.
Small comfy minimalist space, but warm and laid back somehow. Let Pablo do his thing, sit back, relax and enjoy thouroughly.

One of my favourite Mexico City experiences. The staff were friendly and the food was outstanding! Everything we ordered was an out of body experience: we ordered the black squid ink croquettes, the jamón ibérico bellota, the octopus with squid ink rice and shishito peppers. I couldn’t choose just one fav!

If you're trying to get a fine Spanish restaurant look no more! Food is delicious and service is on point. Vegetarian options are available which is unusual for this type of restaurants. GREAT PLACE!

Veramente un ristorante che merita la visita, raccomandata la paella Valenciana auténtica, come viene descritta bene dai camerieri. Buonissima ma verifica prima se ti piacciono tutti gli ingredienti, come le lumache. Servizio sempre attento ma mai invadente, praticamente perfetto. L’ambiente molto gradevole, ho apprezzato la mostra temporanea di pittura di Francisca Bonet.

Un restaurante de comida mayormente española, con un chef español, Pablo Sanromán, afincado en México desde hace muchos años. Con una extensa experiencia, que consigue dar un toque muy especial a sus platillos.
Con una esmerada calidad de alimentos, presentación y mezcla exquisita de sabores.

Un lugar muy sabroso, tienen un gran servicio y buena comida. Los pescados son increíbles, vale la pena preguntar por el pescado del día. Sin duda volveré con más hambre.

Es un restaurante Vasco por la calle de Aristóteles, bastante agradable que siempre está al pendiente de sus comensales. Tanto el chef Pablo San Román como los dueños del lugar, cuentan con una zona de souvenirs bastante atractiva por la ropa. De repente te tocará meseros que están bien papas que no saben lo que hacen, te recomiendo pedir cambio para que no tengas una mala experiencia. Preparan muy rico el pescado al día a las brasas, trata de comentarles que traten de no secarlo para que sea aún más cremoso y si a ti te gusta la cabeza del pescado pedíselos durante el momento que están deshuesandolo, ya que lo tienden a tirar. Su clericot y coctelería es buena así como el vino de la casa y el postre de leche frita es delicioso por no ser empalagoso y con buen balance en el sabor. Un detalle que tiene para mí, es la paella o el arroz, ya que para mí tiende a sentirse crudo y salado, ya acostumbrada por cierto tiempo al arroz asiático con consistencia y suavidad. Cuentan con valet parking y los precios van de los 700 a 1000 pp.
