Casa De Pierogi

We were so happy to find an alternative to seafood, which we love but ready for something different. The food is deliciously prepared and we really enjoyed chatting with the proprietors and other guests. Reach out for a reservation! We highly recommend🥰

Even though we arrived without a reservation (which is required!), Basia was kind enough to welcome us, because luckily she had prepared pierogi earlier. It was delicious! Our 1-year-old loved them.

Super fresh food made from scratch everyday. You can sit out side or in. Lots of beers from Poland and they serve them in frozen ice cold glasses. Definitely worth a visit when in Puerto Escondido!!

As a Polish native, I was thrilled to find this restaurant in Puerto Escondido. We ate here 3 days in a row and loved everything, from pierogi, through bigos, potato pancakes, krokiety, to beetroot soup. I have eaten pierogi million times in my life but these ones were truly special. Culinary and cultural highlight to our vacation in PE!

The food was incredible, especially having seafood for almost 2 weeks it was a needed change. The owners are amazing and great conversation, a true gem!

Once you get there, engage in a conversation with the staff and try their food you will be hooked. Most likely you will walk out with a full belly and a feeling you made new friends.

Delicious. I like that the menu wasn’t huge. So that what they do, they do well. Actually one of the only places I went to twice. Finally found a restaurant that lives up to the high rating- which oddly has not been the case around here very often.

Wonderful hosts, great atmosphere and super dumplings. Yhis is not only about pierogi ;-) Chef Jesus follows the rules, too

Authentic Polish food served with love, beet borscht and perogies..so good.

This is my favorite restaurant in Puerto Escondido. The owners are amazing and so is the food. Every time we go there, we meet new people and become fast friends. The pierogis are so good and the goulash with potato pancakes are to die for. I highly recommend you stop in and get a bite to eat and spend time talking to the owners and the staff.

This place is fantastic.

I highly recommend it. Have been to Europe many times and lived there for a while including many places in Eastern Europe. This food is authentic and top notch.

The cold soups are next level great.

A little taste of Poland right in Puerto. The pierogi are wonderful, and the owner (Basha) is so kind. We sampled a bit of everything, and both the food and the drinks were excellent. Dziekuje!

The perogies are so good here!!! We also had the Lithuanian soup which was refreshing. Really cool spot close to the beach for people wanting a change in cuisine :)

As a Polish person I can say this place is super legit! The pierogi were awesome. The gulasz with potato pancakes are the best. And many good Polish beer options too! I will definitely be back.

The cold Latvian soup is to die for - very refreshing, especially on hot days. Great beer choice, great pierogi and very friendly stuff.

Bob was so excited to find this place, we had pizza across the street and after looking at the menu we decided to eat more!
I had dessert of course!
I like you to know that I am not a fan of sourkraut BUT after eating at the house of perogui I am in!!!

We had the pleasure of being served by the owners and they were so happy to hang out and chit chat with us. She told us how she spents time going to the market looking for ingredients.

This is a place that shows how the food and the ❤Are in the same place.
What I can tell you is this, I will not eat kraut back in the states because it does not taste like this place.
Bob will eat kraut once we get back home but he will talk about this place every time!

Very nice staff. Unique experience in México. Food is freshly made and portions are big. Don't miss the cold Latvian soup, it's very good!

Had three flavors of pierogi and a potato pancake--all delicious! Also, had a few tasty beers from a huge selection. Strongly recommend!
