Room had a bathtube with good working shower, super safe area, breakfast is awesome same as Service, Police was in the night in front of the hotel and sometimes during the day. And right now the renew some parts. Need a taxi to the airport and need much time in case of traffic but it is located in a good spot.

The location is perfect for walking around and exploring the central historic areas. There's plenty of restaurants around and the Chapultepec park is 30 mins away by walk. There's around 20 floors and a single small elevator which is kind of a long waiting time. The rooms are decent and come with your own balcony with a picturesque view. As some other reviews mention you do hear some street noise overnight but that's to be expected with the location. They do have a decent breakfast service as well at the restaurant which is open throughout the day. I had a wonderful stay here.

5 stars for the service. The hotel was assigned to us by AeroMexico after a flight cancellation and the staff made the experience easier, for instance spending a crazy time to book a taxi or speeding up the check-in. The restaurant staff was also outstanding. Now, I would not choose this hotel myself, quite outdated, and with one elevator that always seems to be broken per the reviews, leaving only one for 21 floors.

One of the best location around Reforma.

Restaurants and Bar all around.
Best location facing the city view.
The only downtjing is, only one elevator is working.
Nevertheless, it was still a great stay.
I will stay here again for sure.

One of the best thing about this place is one of the Front desk officer name Karla.
Very professional. Speaks english and listen to your request and she always try to make it happen.
1day stay extended because of her...

Muchas gracias Karla. 🫡

We had a great stay in CDMX with this hotel. I knew I would be exploring the city most of the time and only spending a little time in the hotel room, so was fine with finding a low-cost option. To my pleasant surprise, this hotel was a real gem compared to what we paid. I read some other reviewers mention it being a little dated for their taste, but in reality, it was well maintained, thoroughly cleaned throughout the day, and well equipped for my needs. The staff was always very gracious and helpful--they looked out for us and our safety during our stay, it seemed; and the Breakfast Buffet was a real feast. We just loved how much this little hotel contributed to the great experience we had visiting CDMX. Gracias a todos, muchimos. :)

Very good hotel I stayed here 4 night on the weekend. I had a one bed room it was nice the room was small but it was very clean. I love the restroom with the circle bathtub. The room had a great view of the city. Ask for a room in the upper levels you will love it. Because if you stay in the lower level you will not sleep with all the traffic noise. The hotel is very plain and not much to do or see. You walk in they have the hotel lobby and the receptionist desk. To your left you will see the elevators and that's it it will take you to your room. Good hotel overall will stay here again.

It is inexpensive but in good location. It comes with Balcony and a big bath tub. The downside is the door of your room was so thin.In the night some group of people tried to open my door.It was annoying.
Police headquarter nearby with an officer holding semi-automatic riffle, so every time I walked by in the night , I saluted to them.
So I guess it is a safe area.after the dark, I dined in the restaurants nearby, no safety issues at all.
Also subway station is only 5 minutes walk.
overall, it was satisfactory to me.

My wife sprained her ankle while on our visit to Mexico City. Hotel staff lent us crutches and then a wheelchair free of charge, they were more than willing to help us out and take care of our needs. It was impressive to see that they were prepared and had those items on site and ready at a moments notice.

Location is great, with quick walking access to shops and restaurants, Basque de Chapultepec, and a subway station about 3 minutes walk away.

Do note that this is a noisy area of town, if you are a light sleeper than this might not be the place for you.

Rooms were very clean (if perhaps slightly dated) and the staff kept us well stocked on bathroom essentials.

Bang for buck this was an excellent place to stay on our visit to Mexico City and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again on a future trip. :)

Love this hotel. It's an older property with a very modern look, a la Jetsons. Gotta love the curved balconies! Rooms are comfy with great views!

I noticed in other reviews mention of small room size. I've stayed here a number of times, and there are suites of many different sizes. The one I am occupying this trip is the size of a comfortable one bedroom apartment. Plenty of room for just a few more $.

I do recommend getting a room on an upper floor. This is the Zona Rosa after all. It's a happening area!

A real bargain in the Zona Rosa!

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The rooms were comfortable, we had our own balcony, the water pressure was fantastic in the shower, and if you wanted to take a bath the tub was like 3ft deep!

If you're into the location biz, it's literally a block away from the Zona Rosa. The place is very hip and close the the Korean part of CDMX, so lots of great Korean food in addition to Mexican traditional food like Al Pastor tacos and Pozole.

10/10 would recommend.
