The details and the view!! Each room is unique, we had 3 in our group and all 3 rooms were beautiful. Hotel has a resort feel to it. You could come for work or vacation. The simple touch’s are great.

Awesome place. Luxury hotel with many amnetied. Emilio front desk clerk was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and quiet hotel in Tecate, Baja California. A nice view of the area. Great service by all the staff.

My wife and I stayed here on 5/8/2021, for a quiet romantic night. There wasn't very many people here, which made me a little nervous at first. The staff was very friendly and all interactions were professional. All of the staff were fluent in both Spanish and English. The room was nice, large and clean. The grounds and the hotel are beautiful. I wish our balcony was just a little bigger and more open. We had a couples massage in our room. My wife loved her massage. Mine was terrible. So I would not recommend getting a massage from here. The pool was closed. There was a wedding party that night in the pool area, so we did not get to enjoy it. I do wish this hotel had a bar with dancing. It would have been nice to listen to some music and dance with my wife. But if you want a very quiet get away, this place will not disappoint. I highly recommend and we will be back.

Trying to think about something that I didn't like. Nothing comes to my mind. This place is beautiful from the room to the restaurant. People are kind and always helpful. Highly recommended.

Wooow it’s so nice, clean in all aspects. Restaurants have a great food taste, a little expensive but it worthy.
Rooms are so comfortable. And you cans find almost anything around.

A really lovely hotel - I Loved the interiors, both in the reception and in the rooms - which are comfortable and with any needed item - the location is very convenient, the area is quite hence no noises from traffic and a lot of relax! The restaurant served delicious food both at dinner and at breakfast - finally the staff was great and able to speak English too! I would certainly use that hotel again and again should I be in that area again!

Beautiful atmosphere hidden at top of hill. Staff available to help with every need. Surrounded with flowers and art in every corner. Custom Artisan fine wood furniture. Luxurious in every way! Gourmet Dining in room or restaurant! Many wines available!

What a great experience. We had to book a room unexpectedly in Tacate and there was "room at the inn". The hotel is beautiful, the staff was very helpful with a cheerful attitude. As we didn't quite have everything we needed, the staff provided for us graciously. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and many things were provided complimentary. We weren't nickel and dimed for things like we would have been at a US hotel. I hope we have the opportunity to come again.

Great place to stay in Tecate! Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. The hotel is very well maintained and plenty of parking. It is a boutique hotel that is authentic and the service is very American. We had no issues what so ever during our stay and we absolutely loved it.

Beautiful hotel, incredible service. Fresh fruit and fresh orange juice delivered to your room, included in the cost of the deluxe room or junior suite. Enter from the south to dodge a very steep hill (our car can't get up this hill).

Had the place to ourselves for one night midweek visit in February 2018. Just blocks from the Tecate crossing (easiest entrance from Eastbound 2) ample secure parking. Took a little looking around to find the hotel building. Allowed to check in early with friendly English-speaking receptionist. The basic single room was spacious and comfortable with patio, comfortable bed, premium linens, and large bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks. Room safe, high speed wifi, nice TV. Room service prompt. Walkable to the city hall park, bakery, coffee shops, wine and beer bars. Restaurant and bar on site are very nice, but not as much of a value as the options in town. Easy and comfortable stay for English speakers. Will stay again!

My family loves it here! We have stayed here a couple times and this place is kept clean! I have never had issues with other visitors or staff. Lovely pool and hot tub. Stay here!

Perfect place to stay after not making it to Tecate border before it closed. So I just wanted a nice place as close to the border as possible so I can enjoy myself tonight and be first in line Mañana.
