Good experience, It's been one of my Dad's favorite places for carnitas . Service was good, always room for improvement, as far as the food was tasty and fresh.

We had the carnitas, and they were fabulous. The staff is wonderful and were even given a tour of the back area where they cook the carnitas.
Will definitely return again.

If you don't know what carnitas are, you are missing something very good. It is deep fried pork, but not just any pork, in mexico most places use only free range animals and the meet is very tasty compared to farm raised animals that are fed only hormones and "special food" to make them grow big but tasteless. Not only animals, in the US people have no idea what fruit or vegetables really taste, for the same reason. Back to carnitas. In this place they give you, home made tortillas, guacamole, beans and great salsa. If you ever find yourself in Dolores Hidalgo, in the State of Guanajuato in Mexico, go and find out what you are missing.
