Incredible restaurant with delicious food and impeccable service! Time after time the waiter knew exactly what we needed without having to ask, and always with a smile. The pizza was out of this world and the breads and butter were top! The melon water was also perfect and not too sweet. Overall very surprised by this not so hidden gem, I maybe assumed it was a bit of a tourist trap, but couldn’t be further from the truth.

Great place to eat italian food.
The waitress were so kind, and pending of anything that you might need, the food is quick and tasty! The lasagna and the 4 chesses pasta were delicious.
I'll come back here !

Came in two seperate times and the food was incredible, I ordered the pasta with sea food, very delicious! A friend ordered the vegetarian lasagna and was amazing. For dessert I ordered fresas con crema and my friend crepas de cajeta.
This place is a must visit when in Guanajuato!!

Amazing hotel restaurant with an excellent view of the the park. The food was delicious, the service attentive and the view wonderful. This is the rare hotel restaurant that I will recommend. The prices are also reasonable. Definitely recommend if you are in the historic district and want a good Italian dining experience.

Amazing spot... Delicious food and drinks, great service, and ambiance (we got the balcony seat/table). Highly recommend as they have a vast variety of entree options.

I am always skeptical of big hotel restaurants. But our meals were great, the wait staff were very attentive, and we had a wonderful time. My wife had the cheese cannelloni which was super rich. I had a tuna steak with grilled peppers. We of course had dessert -- brownie for me and tiramisu for my wife. The waiter also brought a 3rd dessert with a heart drawn on it. I also had a mezcal and two beers. It was a delightful meal.

i really wish i remembered the name of our server because he was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. we initially sat inside but requested to sit on the balcony when it was available, which they allowed us to do. our starters were alright but we both loved our pastas. i asked for them to add gorgonzola to the four cheese pasta and they did, and it hit the spot. i definitely want to return here before leaving guanajuato.

Consistently great food. The fried mixed appetizer plate is big enough to share. Great view of the Jardin. Fantastic service. English menus upon request. Ask for Pancho. Tell him Iris sent you.

Ended up here randomly... And definitely it was a lovely surprise. Restaurant is located in a second floor, which allows the possibility of having balconies to refresh the place and have a nice view of Guanajuato's Theater and plaza area.
Food-wise... Just fantastic! I ordered the rack of lamb and ufff!!! Simply delicious. Tiramisú for dessert was just OK, nothing magic.
Best thing is that it is not that pricy. So you can feel good to order as many drinks as you want without inflating too much your bill. :)

We sat at the balcony and had shrimp tacos. This is by far the best shrimp tacos I've tasted during my stay here in Mexico. Great service nice environment.

The food was very good. The service was excellent!! The music was a little confusing. Quaint Italian restaurant overlooking the Jardín and the restaurant was playing Metálica and Guns N Roses. That was confusing. Other than that, a very nice place to eat.

We were able to sit on the balcony and had one of the best meals ever! I ordered the steak medallions with gorgonzola sauce and they were perfectly cooked medium rare. The entire experience was divine!

The service was top tier!

I am definitely returning to try the chef's other selections.

Great balcony view for a couple. For two people and a drink for each, it cost just over 1,000 mxn pesos.

What a wonderful spot. My carbonara was excellent. My partner had a simple pasta with tomato sauce. All good.

Staff was very friendly. Although the food was not very authentic but tastes really good. We were seated at the balcony and the vibe was amazing. Would recommend this place if you want to dine at the center of Guanajuato

I totally enjoyed my meals here. I had lunch one day and dinner the next. Both were outstanding. Recommended dishes are the Minestrone Soup, the frito mixto and the bassa. The service is warm and friendly. If I have one warming it would be the timing - the kitchen tends to be a bit quick so take your time and hold back your order to give you a bit more time to enjoy the view and relax.
