On our Business trip, We went to this place. Delicious Food, Amazing staff, Wonderfull atmosphere and had the chance to met in person - The Owner/The Chef himself Mr Domingo. Great Person. Highly recommend to all who visit Guanajuato, must visit here and enjoy the food and vibe.

An amazing restaurant with great food! The steak tasted tender and juicy. Not sure how they cook it but it had a special flavor I really liked. It definitely tasted different and better than most steak houses I have tried in the U.S. The goat cheese mushroom had a little bit too much goat cheese but still tasted great. The salmon ceviche was just ok.

Soooo good! The amuse is to die for! Excellent wine from Valle De Guadeloupe! The pasta was excellent and homemade. Nice touches to every detail and a beautiful restaurant! 10/10

This was our favorite meal. We've been here 4 days and sad we didn't find it till our last day. Perfect for families with kids. There is a play room off the gorgeous dining area and parents can relax and enjoy a grown up meal! The food was so delicious and the service was top notch! Much love and thought went into the food, slow cooked meat, great and inventive flavors. We loved our meal here. I highly recommend going out of the busy city and dining here.

Owner/Chef on site. New modern decor in this second level restaurant on the Presa next to the Governor’s Palace. Filete Dijon is a fan favorite at MX$280. Kind and efficient staff attends to every need. Music for the young-a bit hard for elegant dining. Chef Domingo offers on-site aged meats. Nice bar. New & clean restrooms a plus for any eatery. This place is a ‘go’! Tell them Goyo GTO sent you.

Fantastic award winning restaurant and more. Best steak I've had in a restaurant in Mexico after living in Mexico for 4.5 years. I understand their secret is they age the beef themselves. Not confirmed. The venue is open, with different themed sections including a kids section. Everything from a lovely atrium to have a cappuccino to fine dining. Good wine selection and complimentary appetizers. Excellent service with some English available. Highly recommend.

Incredible flavors. Location is so beautiful. Not in downtown, taxi is needed but it's a 5 minute drive from downtown.

Definite recommend, although regrettably I ordered filet guanajuatese, and it camr a bit more done than I wanted it (also no option to order rare steaks). These nitpicks aside, easily one of the best restaurants I visited.

Delightful restaurant. Service was excellent, food was delicious and well presente. Great wines!! Our part had salmon flank steak and a veal shank. All dishes were delicious.

This was recommended by our Air BnB host and it was amazing! From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we had a 5 star experience. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English when we needed it. Our appetizer was unique and delicious! We were given a drink with mezcal, passionfruit and orange juice to prepare for our meals which were also delicious. The chef even stopped us to make sure that we enjoyed our meal and were treated right. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This is one of the great places in the city, the chef is very creative and is always creating new stuff, so worth it. The ambiance is amazing, and the neighborhood where is located is probably the most antique and classiest in the city, talk a walk there! And do not miss the grilled octopus!

The service, food and vibe of this place is amazing! Our server José was very attentive, recommended the best of food (el chuletón ), and even got us our personal cocktail . Jose knowledge in drinks made for an exquisite experience -asking what we liked in a drink before making a cocktail that tasted different from which side of the glass you drank it from. 100% recommend, 100% would return, 100% would request for both Jose service.

Love this place! Stayed 4 weeks in Guanajuato and ate there 4 times...it was that good. Food is the best in the city and the service is top notch. Not stuffy, just very welcoming. Try the Amatxi salad to start, it's fantastic! I've had the tuna, grouper and two steaks; all were excellent. The owner makes an extra effort to make English speakers feel welcome. If I lived there, I'd be a definite regular.

Pretty pricey compared to many restaurants in the area but OMG!!!! This was the most flavorful steak I've ever had. We spent around 60 USD or about 1000 pesos For 2 adults and 1 child with dessert and alcoholic drinks. Very high class, upscale restaurant. Really worth it.
