A piece of beachside paradise with about 10 RV spots, however, the manager is a young man who seems to rarely be present and rarely puts TP in the toilets (which could be renovated after 40 years). The grass roof on the communal sitting area needs to be repaired so the black tarp can be removed. The owner seems to have very low standards

It's an RV Park, what can you say. Seems nice, clean, safe... Would stay longer but the other renters here are very possessive, older, white people who are just generally unfriendly to anyone outside their regular happy hour, sunset group. Just prickly and not fun....with tendencies to dislike "Mexicans". Now if that isn't the most ignorant and ridiculous thing... You're in MEXICO people! Some people travel away from North America to experience some culture! Anyways... Filled with intolerant white retirees.

Pleasant stop with hookups and beach access, not for big rigs, though.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAILER PARK.

very rundown, toilets and showers never cleaned and are usually dirty. RV plugs are upside down and on some the wires are sticking out, so be careful.
Every other day something else is broken. Bad internet, sometimes no water for days.
it needs a lot of maintenance, which the old and confused owner won't do.
he's also planing to build a row of two stories apartment buildings in the already small park.

Charging a ridiculous 14.000 pesos for 23/24 season.
