I took two tours with them and both guides where fun and very knowledgeable. Booking was easy and prices where good. If you wanna get out of the city, I recommend you book you tours with them. Tour guides speak both English and Spanish.

Buen tour a Teotihuacan, aunque las pirámides están cerradas, el guía Rafael era increíble contando las historias y yo me sentí allá adentro viviendo la experiencia así estuviera a 300 metros detrás de una reja.

I participated in two tours - one to taxco and one to puebla. The guide on the taxco tour was a lady who was very helpful as I was the only person who did not understand spanish. She went out of her way to explain everything to me in english. However, the guide on the puebla tour really felt I was a burden on him

Considero son buenos, nos encanto la Guia Evelyn, el tour piramides explico todo como si fueran clases de estudios sociales pero amando la materia, super servicial a la hora de tener preguntas; en el tour de taxco con Don Noe, señor agradable, hasta gracioso y toma fotos increibles, muy accesible.

We booked the Teotihuacan tour, and if you're considering booking the same it's important you know what you're getting in for. We spent approximately 21% (1.5/8.5 hours) of the tour actually in Teotihuacan. The rest of the tour was spent on multiple stops that were not necessary, including a stop at a souvenir shop where salespeople would pressure you into buying their items. We actually spent more time at this store than at the pyramids (~1 hour, 40 minutes).

Furthermore, they were not clear or transparent with their itinerary. We only stopped for lunch at 3:40pm, so from 9:30 - 3:40 there were no food breaks (unless you brought your own snacks or bought them from street vendors at the first stop, when we did not know how long it would be till lunch).

We also had an unfortunate interaction where one of the other guests on the tour was constantly smoking, including at one point where he smoked INSIDE one of the pyramids and tried to put out the cigarette on a 10,000 year old painting. We explicitly told the guide about this, and he proceeded to completely ignore us.

The only positive about this trip was that the guide was genuinely very knowledgeable and did his best to speak in both Spanish and English. However, we recommend finding a different tour agency if you would like to visit Teotihuacan.
