A must to eat authentic Japanese with generous portions and delicious flavor! The best is the eel nigiri (which is huge) and the fried fish with potato salad. It is quiet and close to La Condesa.

I would put 6 stars if I could!
Incredible restaurant with so many delightful dishes. The journey was worth it to go there and waited until green light of COVID was back. We tried to have a little bit of everything. From Saku fry to mixed tempura, nigiri sushi, tells mami, futaki( tobiko), and r te heir signature dish “naveyaki udon” in a very particular presentation: using a Mexican clay pot called cazuela, this gave not just a unique presentation but incredible flavors. For dessert we had matcha tempura ice with 3 different sauces and coffee jelly with condensed milk sauce. We highly recommend this restaurant and due to its popularity we suggest you to make a reservation and come a bit before time to make sure you have your spot!

Some of the best Japanese food we’ve had in Mexico City so far. The portions were actually quite generous and the flavors were all on point. My favorite part was that I didn’t have to worry about cheese ending up in my sushi 😂. They use quality sushi rice and it’s not all smushed like we usually find here in Mexico. The quality of the salmon was pretty good and they didn’t skimp on those portions. Overall an excellent experience and we will definitely be coming back here to get our Japanese food fix.

Very good japanese food. Very reasonable prices. It was pretty packed when I arrived and I wait more than an hour. Was worth.

The food was delicious and tasted authentic. Our favorites were the tamago, sake, and unagi sushi, gyudon, and futomaki. Price was great too.

One of the best Japanese restaurants in the city. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. The shrimp kushiage are one of the best I’ve tried

Delicious and super affordable! We usually get the shrimp kushiage, sukiyaki, agedashi tofu and the grilled eel. Another great option to get is the the super abundant wateishoku set. Super recommended!

Best Japanesse restaurant in Mexico City. Great prices and good servings. Soups are amazing! And if you're vegetarian/vegan you'll find a perfect meal for you. I was looking for agedashi tofu and the one they serve at this restaurant is as good as the ones I was having while I lived in Vancouver which where magical.

By far... one of the best Japanese food restaurants (traditional 🇯🇵 food of course) that you can find in Mexico City 🇲🇽.

#ExcellentFood #authenticflavor

I’ve known the place for a very long time now -my whole life basically-. Also, been into a variety of Japanese food places throughout my entire life too and at the end of the day I can say: I got an excelente taste when it comes to Japanese food so... my opinion really counts here!

If you're new, a WATEISHOKU -it's exactly what you should try- as it will not only give your palate a change but also will take you to know the variety of flavors and multiple options that you can find in the menu. #delightful
The best thing here is that price is fair for what they give you.

Without more ... Try it, you will be fascinated!

We had the Udon and Soba soups, and they were very good. We were sat upstairs, so sometimes it took a bit long for a waiter to attend to us, but they were very friendly either way

Always a pleasure to come to this authentic Japanese restaurant, it's located in the alleys near the WTC, but it's quiet and the food is delicious. Great value for money.

Prices are pretty good for what you get. Food is very tasty, the menu varied and seafood has a great quality. Loved the udon and soba; broth is pretty original to the Japanese style they do in Tokyo. Staff is friendly, fast service. Good location were parking spots are available.

Authentic Japanese food. This is as close as you get to Japan in Mexico City. Affordable and delicious. Great value for the money. I recommend the donburi (pork on top of rice). The eel is fantastic as well.

Not the best sushi I've had in town but definitely one of the best... and given the prices I can definitely give it 5 stars. Staff was a little slow but it was the end of the night so it's understandable! I will be coming back

Great traditional Japanese dining. I felt like I was back in Tokyo. Amazing food and great service. The beer was very cold.

May be the best Japanese at the best price in Mexico City. Get the multi course meal with katsu, sashimi, tempura, miso soup, fried rice, and more. The best fried rice ever. Not greasy at all.

Great Japanese restaurant for more than just sushi. Gets busy around lunch time so plan accordingly.
