Excellent service, delicious food and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend the nigiri, snow crab and the teppanyaki. The jamaica cocktail was delicious too!

Delicious, one of my preferred restaurant to eat in Mexico city. I recommend coming here to the traditional tables, I think you can taste better those Japanese flavours, attention and services are on a high level. Pricing are great too.

High-end Japanese restaurant specialised in Teppanyaki-style cooking and sushis

Suntory is a famous Japenese restaurant located along Insurgentes. The venue will make you travel to Japan for the duration of your dinning. The restaurant is spread over 2 levels, with a nice terrace, private rooms and several Teppanyaki-islands where a chef will come to prepare your dishes directly in front of you.

At the opposite of some other iron-griddle-style Japanese restaurants, Suntory focuses on quality leaving the cooking show to its purest form.

Our dinning experience started with tempura fried vegetables, shrimps and cheeses followed by Teppanyaki (meat and fish served with fried vegetables prepared on an iron griddle) and yakimeshi (fried rice). The house sake was very enjoyable.

Maybe not the first destination for tourists visiting Mexico City in search of more local specialities but nonetheless a great place with an incredible set up. I am personally looking forward to try non-plancha dishes and to learn more about the legacy of the restaurant at my next visit.

Best Japanese restaurant in Mexico City! The price of their dishes are expensive but totally understandable because of the quality, taste and size of them, just delicious! They truly have Japanese dishes that you cannot find in other restaurants; I highly recommend the teppanyaki area for a great experience with the chef or if you want a more traditional style, just try the traditional tables and try the shabu shabu, you'll love it! This place is great for a date or for some family time, because of the cozy ambient they have.

Some of the best Sushi and Hibachi I’ve ever had.

Came with my parents and fiancé and we had an incredible time. I am a big fan of raw sushi, and this is some of the best I’ve tried.

My parents and Fiancé like Hibachi Grill, so it was perfect that we could do both.

Service was on point, sake and drinks were great and pricing was right where it should be for a place like this.

I’ll definitely come back.

The fish was excellent and experience top notch. Definitely one of the best sushi places in Mexico City. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy authentic Japanese food in an elegant ambiance, you must try this place.

I love it, the food was amazing, the place is very zen, prices are reasonable but overall is the kindness and attentive personal that makes Suntory the best place for you to celebrate a special occasion or to have a pleasant dinner.They all made my day more special than it was already, TSM.

It’s a good restaurant that tries to capture Japanese essence in a classy set-up, service was OK and some dishes were delicious. Above average price for a restaurant of this kind.

Fresh Japanese food is a rare treasure. And Suntory is the place to eat raw seafood in Del Valle. Worth every buck!

Great place great ambience

A classic among good japanese restaurants in Mexico City. I always find the experience of a grill table (tepoanyaku) worth it.
