Picked up my folkoric ballet tickets here. There was no line and the process was fast and easy. I wish I could do it directly on the app, but it wasn't a bad experience.

It's on the 5th floor. Went to pickup Ballet Folklorico at Bellas Artes tickets. There's usually a 15 minute line, but had no issues showing them my phone and walking away with the tickets.

Kind staff, they finally helped us after different ticketmaster points failed. In general: try to buy tickets directly through the venue, NOT ticketmaster. But if you do the latter come to this centre to pick them up.

Went in to pick up my. Tickets. There was no line. "Office" is stretching it. Its a desk. With 2 chairs and a line stand in the 5th floor.

We showed our ID (NYS drivers license) and gave her the ticket master number. As I am not a Mexican resident, I also had to give her the CC I charged the tickets with and she made a charge for 10 pesos to verify. We did this twice because I was picking up 2 sets of tickets. We were out the door in under 10 minutes. The deparment store is conveniently located in zocalo and it was extremely convenient.

Mi experiencia no fue como todos dicen, me atendieron súper rápido y fue muy amable la señorita. Cabe señalar que fui temprano en un día entre semana; obviamente habrá más gente en fines de semana. En menos de 10 min ya tenía mis boletos
