Las Palmas Condominium

I LOVE it here! The view from every room is spectacular.

It's always nice to stay here. Close enough to all the action yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet.

I recently decided to rent here. This place is really fantastic. Starting at the gate. It is metal and very secure. The guard is exceptional. Friendly, bi lingual, efficient.
The grounds outside. Tennis court is nice with basketball hoops as well. Chain link fenced in. The garage is 2 levels. Assigned parking but everybody parks wherever. Automatic lights as well. The driveway is a turn around that you can park in temporarilly to unload groceries etc. There are 2 shopping carts to use as well. It is I think 17 floors. There are 2 elevators that are new and nice and work well. Im clausterphobic but am ok on these. The inside lobby is beautiful. Your guests can relax in comfortable chairs. The house keepers and maintence workers, landscape keep everything inside and out beautiful. Then on the ocean front side there are 3 tiered swimming pools, clean and pretty. 4 jacuzzis. Only 1 is hot though. Then in the lowest level there is a beautiful gym with state of art equipment. AND overlooks the ocean. Next to the gym is a very nice reception room for tenants to have parties. There is one complaint that I have, it is that there is no way to access the beach. There was a ramp that accessed it but it fell into the ocean. For such a nice condominium they should also have a nice sturdy entry walkway forbeach access.

UPDATE!!!
Stay away, rude people, noises, malfunctioning elevators, rude to renters and some vacationers. Vandalism as well. The place is almost bankrupt.

Beautiful poolside area. There was a private party with live entertainment and everyone was very respectful. Love this place!

Love this place. Nice condo, pools and close to Rosarito town. Recommended for family and couple gateway.

Bellísimo, sin embargo pega muchísimo el viento en la parte trasera y los pasillos.

Molesto para los que quieren espacio permanente para vivir debido a las rentas temporales tipo vacacional.

Es un gran condominio de lujo con algunos años pero muy bien conservado tiene un diseño arquitectónico diferente a todos los demás yo diría que es icónico

Limpio y ordenado y las albercas en excelente estado...
