I’m always polite and say hello, good afternoon thank you, as is the custom in Mexico But walking into these Oxxos it is like night and day. Indifference rudeness or complete ignorance of customers, or at least gringos. Got to Cali max 9 miles south on Puerto Nuevo, to Don Pistos here or Del Mar, at least there they are friendly and greet you as a customer they are happy to see. I come every month to exchange my ciel water jugs. Today I bring in one to exchange and buy a second and they charge me for two new. I tell them this and they say no both new. Older lady at the register ignores me at first literally walking away after I’ve been standing there then walks over and starts conversation with the other employee who looks at me doesn’t anything. very rude Rude not gringo friendly. Pass this store up other stores are friendly and will take the time to communicate better.

Just ripped me off because the cashier said I didn't have the right face mask and I had to purchase one from them.
