Hello! My boyfriend and I loved this place! Easy to find if you know how to follow directions and drive haha. For sure we will come back soon!
It is a beautiful place and peaceful. I am just in love with the hot tub. I read a comment about that they do not accept pesos if you want to order food, drinks or snacks, but that it is a lie. The prices are in dollar; however, they have a several options for you to pay, and of course pesos is one of them. The view is amazing, the breakfast is fantastic and the people that works there are very kind.
I just could say, thank you for this nice experience!

My wife and I had such a great time! We really enjoyed the view. Trey was great since the moment we booked the room he started communicating with us. Then when we got there we got there a little early and trey let us know we could stay and wait in the common space area before our room was ready, but by the time we got there our room was ready for us. The woman who helped us was super nice and she showed us around we just didn’t get her name :(
Then at night, we wanted to use the fire pit and jacuzzi and Carlos was such a big help he set everything up for us and he was nice as well. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be staying here again we might even rent out the whole place to bring out our family. Thank you all again.

This is our third visit to Native Residences and we fall in love with it more and more each time we go! The owner, Trey, has done amazing job of putting together six distinctly unique rooms, all with great amenities and decks with incredible ocean views. Each room is made from re-purposed storage containers, but you wouldn’t know that once you enter these tastefully appointed living spaces. The interior designs feel very “SoHo.”

Trey has also done a fantastic job of hiring amazing staff. Carlos, the on site manager greets us like friends and her and his staff treat you like royalty. They also fell in love with our 3 1/2 pound, 2 1/2 year old teacup Pomeranian, Muffy, so that certainly helped us feel like family. 😘

Also, their breakfast is incredible! We had Chilaquiles with Molé sauce, a fruit bowl and smoothie. All were very tasty and extremely reasonably priced!

I’m reluctant to tell the truth about this place because it’s becoming more and more popular, and that’s making securing reservations when I want them more difficult. 😜

10/10 Recommend. Pet Friendly and W O W this hotel has mind blowing views from every angle. The design and staff are outstanding. By far the best pet friendly hotel I have been to.

My dog and I are traveling around the world. So, we have stayed at just about every pet friendly hotel available. Porter is a black lab mix rescue dog. He was severely abused in his early life and has always been on a leash and never able to roam freely as a dog.

This hotel is the first place we have been that immediately encouraged me to let him off the leash to roam as he wishes. And, roam he did!

Porter L O V E S every inch of this hotel. He has gone up and down all the stairs, down all the employee only areas, and even under the containers. He was snuggled up in bed and completely passed out by 7 pm.

For those with larger dogs, keeping the water dish in the shower is a great idea. Worked well so Porter didn’t drip water all over the place and if it went on the floor, it went down the drain.

The hotel: The design and build are spectacular. There is not a single detail that was not thought of. This is not a place that pays to have photos look better than reality. The pictures are stunning and do not do justice.

Beds are comfortable. Pillows are fluffy, accent pillows are perfect. Both the sheets and duvet cover are soft and to the touch you know they are good quality. Throw blankets are great quality. Could it be Turkish cotton?

The décor is a combination of rustic and modern with accents of Mexican culture woven in. From the tiling in the bathroom to the accent walls, to the artwork and the fabric ceiling. All wonderful and if you appreciate Mexico these touches will warm your heart.

WiFi over the entire property and there is even a projector with smart TV capabilities!!

Outside, each unit has its own private lounge area with spectacular views of the mountain and sea. The entire property is loaded with succulents. A plant lover’s dream.

Instead of phones, they have radios in each room. Like walkie talkies. Did I catch a niner there? Ha ha if you get that line, we can be friends.

On the highest level, there is a shared indoor and outdoor lounge area. You can order breakfast and smoothies as you wish from 8-4 every day.

Great place to escape from the city, I'd come back. The only negative aspect is the patch of dirt road we had go through. The room was a bit small but it had everything you need, loved the bathtub.

Native is absolutely incredible. The views are unmatched, the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and each room is curated to perfection. Not to mention that each cabin started as a shipping container and is sustainably built. Native is a perfect getaway for couples, friends, or even a solo trip. I can’t say enough good things about this place and truly hope to come back in the future. 15/10 recommend.

The wife, the dog, and I stayed at NR back when casa 6 was under construction. Back then we stayed in casa 4 and it was great. But let me tell you, this time around we stayed at casa 6 and it is an absolute gem.

Water pressure was great, view was breathtaking, and we even had a gate for our furry friend. No complaints here.

I brought 3 girlfriends down here for a surf trip, one of which had never been to Mexico before! We were enamored from the moment we pulled up. The details in everything from the stairway that leads up to the main house, the large shower with beautiful tile and cute little window cut out, I could go on and on how cool this place was!! The detail and design aspects Trey created, were incredible. His attention to detail and uses of all sustainable materials to build this place were very commendable and appreciated. I loved the design, décor, and the comfort and safety I felt the whole time I was here. Trey was available to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. He even provided a delicious continental style breakfast in the morning which was greatly appreciated and very delicious! The 2 dogs on the property were the friendliest dogs, and I of course snuggled them on more than one occasion. The sunsets and the view in general from our balcony as well as the main balcony off the kitchen were unreal. I loved this place and I can’t wait to go back!

Awesome spot! The rooms are clean, elegant and uniquely designed. The breakfast is delicious. The views amazing. Trey and Chivos are so friendly. Our dog was not the easiest to have around, but they made it easy for us. Would recommend 100%

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view and great staff. I was there only for one night, but it was enough for me to wanna go back.
Although it is admittedly more geared towards American tourists than Mexican or local tourist. It doesn't really take anything from the experience, though.

Place come with simple design, very unique and classic. Every room has their own balcony which provided you 2 seated and 1 bed for suntan. The place has 1 common area allow you to sip coffee and enjoy the view. Highly recommended. Many good food and surf shop close by. Perfect place to relax.

This place is incredible. The view is epic. It’s right next to some incredible surfing. The place is super cozy, really nicely designed, and there’s a ton of cool local spots to grab food or a drink to eat. It’s clean and the staff are great. Need I say more? Go already!

Everything about this place was spot on. Trey's hospitality was fantastic, and his attention to detail with everything, from the aesthetic to the towels, bedding, colors, breakfast, etc etc. The location and views of the ocean and rising moon are phenomenal, not to mention the view of the giant statue of Jesus on the hillside, which gives it a surreal quality. Close to amazing places to eat just down the road on the coast. We stayed one night before heading to Valle de Guadalupe, which is also super close. But could have stayed here for a week. HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Trey!!

This place is awesome, the experience is incredible.
Love the room, the view, the details, without a doubt the best place to stay in Rosarito. The Host David and Pancho are the best, David was very helpful in all of our stay. So relaxing!
Definitely will come back

Native residence is an easy place to get to, it's located on almost on top of a hill overlooking the ocean which makes for some amazing sunset views. The place is kept very clean and i really liked the over all design. The two dogs on the property are super friendly and it's great that the place is pet friendly.

This place is a home away from home! Looking at pictures online do not do justice, the view was incredible. The Casa we stayed in was quaint, unique and had its own eclectic artistic charm. The bed was more comfortable than I could have dreamed of; slept like a baby. Mark this place off your bucket list, you will not be disappointed!

Stunning views, comfy rooms, but mostly the staff highly helpful, we felt like in family. We'll definitely be back at Casa 6. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Karina & Gus.

There needs to be more star's to rate this amazing place. The owner, Trey was so kind and did an awesome job making us feel welcome. The Residence gave my husband and I memories we'll share for many years to come. Thank you to Trey and staff for everything. Hope to see you soon.
