Hotel Ritz Centro Histórico

Location location location. The hotel was kind of average. They are in the process of remodeling the hotel, which is nice. But bottom line - the room was very clean, kinda up to date, the price was rocking but ... the location was just awesome. It is the middle of the historical district. Best location and I am saying this because I did a lot of walking around and it seemed none of the other hotels were even close to this.
Friendly reception, staff in the rather week restaurant friendly.
All in all - fir that price you get the best for your money. If I ever come back to Mexico city, this would be my first choice.
As I said - not luxurious, bar far not, but very descent in a top location to visit the city.

Quick stop in Mexico city. It's so amazing to see so many families out enjoying the city at 9:30 pm on a Sunday. Centrally located within walking distance to many historical sights. Be aware that many places are closed on Mondays. My only complaint is that there was only one decaf coffee provided, and when I asked for regular coffee, the delivery person wanted to change for the exchange. Really??

Just checked in today. Awesome location in historic center and close to everything (and as a result, it won't be very quiet during the day given the location in the busiest area). The junior suite room is spacious with lots of wooden furnitures that look new. Great service and great value overall.

One of the best places to stay in central Mexico city. Staff was very helpful to our needs and pleasantly accommodating when we needed a room with a different set up. I would definitely stay here next time when I am here again. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Street noise is there until midnight but it is very quiet after.

Excellent and Beautiful hotel , good service ,and rooms clean and cosy environment. Definetely i will come back to this hotel on my next vacation . I really recommend and is a safe place to stay and also the attraction are all around the hotel . my family love this hotel . i recommend 🙌

This is simply a great place to stay at! Shout to concierge Jesus, he was very helpful as were the other front door staff. This is is our second stay here in 7 months and the front desk staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We had a room with a view of Calle Madero and La Torre Latinoamericana! Great service, the staff truly goes out of their way to be helpful! Gracias Jesús, Sergio, Francisco, Giovanni, and Itzel!

I absolutely love the location. ALL rooms are very good, but if you are extra nice to the desk staff, they seem happy to give upgrades to view rooms up front for an unforgettable experience.

If you are visiting Mexico City this is the nicest hotel you can stay at. I promise these guys are the sweetest and nicest people I have ever received service from. Rooms are great, you feel like being home.

I got to this hotel as i missed my flight for some reasons and the airline gave me a voucher for it. The location is perfect to explore the historical part of the city. The rooms are big and clean and the bed is comfy. As i am fasting right now, i dont know about the breakfast. But the receptionist was also super friendly and went the extra mile to help me with some issues. I will definitely be back next time i am in the city 😃 Update: As i had lunch there i can say, that the chef knows, what he is doing - it was delicious and the staff was super attentive and friendly. I also liked the style of the restaurant.

Thank you for all the help during our stay in Hotel Ritz. We wanted a coffee in the vending machine in the middle of the night but we do not have coins. He gave us his spare change just for us to have coffee since everything outside is already close. Thank you, Jesus!

Our stay was great. The breakfast was good. The price is very very affordable and it is close to everything in Zocalo, the main square of Central Mexico.

With a great location in the center of the city, it’s an old comfy hotel.

The price is good for the location and it’s clean. Worth it cause you have everything near.

Great location right in the center of shopping, museums, club and eats. The staff was friendly and very helpful, specially Edgar. They have a restaurant with great food. The rooms have just been remodeled and are good size and very clean. Only downside is there is no heater or AC but it was not a major issue in mid January. Would definitely stay there again.
