There is always something happening at the doggo playground. I absolutely love that they have separate playgrounds for small and big doggos. On our visit today a big boy tried to wind up a pack of small pooches. 🐶🐩🐕🐩😅

We walked through Parque Espana today on our way back to Roma Norte. It was a delightful park with lots of families and activities for children.

In A Nutshell:

-Parque Espana is such a cool park!
-If you own a dog, this is the place everyone takes their dogs, some people take one, some take 10+, seriously, the people of CDMX really love dogs.
-I like the outdoor workout equipment, I mean I saw people lifting rocks, I love that stuff, hardcore natural body weight exercises, definitely my cup of tea.
-The park is small, yet it's big enough to get a nice brisk walk to start your day or to take a break from your day.
-There are plenty of trees to provide nice, cool shade & there's some water features too.
-Keep a lookout for the lady who sells pastries & coffee, her little pushcart stands out b/c there tons of honeybees hovering on or near her cart due to them eating the sugar she uses for the coffee.

Overall, this is a really nice park, you should definitely check it out.

From the first time we ever visited Parque España in Mexico City exceeded our wildest dreams as pet owners. We had long envisioned the joy of bringing our beloved pup here, and finally, that dream became a reality. The park's serene ambiance, coupled with its dog-friendly amenities, made for a truly magical experience. From the moment we entered, our furry friend was greeted with open arms, and we reveled in watching her bound with excitement through the lush greenery. This place holds a special significance for us, as we had dreamed of this moment for years. Parque España not only met but surpassed our expectations, making our long-awaited visit an unforgettable five-star experience.

This is a truly lovely park. There is so much to do especially on the weekends. On the weekends, the dog park is bumping, there are exercise classes going on, there are boxing workshops going on. There is a train that picks up the kids and drives them around the park and they are either terrified or in total glee. There is room enough to walk and push a stroller and walk the pets. This surrounding area is pretty quiet but also has tons of restaurants and places to explore. One of the best in Mexico City.

This was a very fun park. I have a 4 and 1 year old boys. They speak English and Spanish and the kids at the park were pretty diverse. There are a few vendors outside with snacks. Downside was there was no bathrooms open. So we had to go to a restaurant for the potty. It was not very at busy when we went on Monday at 2pm. It was very shady and had age appropriate areas and plenty of benches for parents to sit on. The swings were playful and super cool. It's pretty stroller friendly and has lots of places to eat around it. Also it's fenced in with high fenced area and one entrance.

A very pleasant park, with a big kids playground. Clean and safe.

Lots of folks hanging out, and folks walking their dogs.

We'll go back for sure.

Amazing park full of animation done spontaneously by people sharing their skills. I had the chance to meet Maurizio, who taught me how to jiggle in a friendly way. Others around were learning some Latin dance.

A beautiful, large park in Condesa. Park benches, lots of trees. There is pond for ducks and geese.

A really nice park. Far more relaxed than the similar and more well known ‘Parque Mexico’ that is located nearby. This park has a children’s play area and is dog friendly. Weirdly it’s spit into two halves by a main road.

Great place for kids to play in this friendly neighbourhood place in La Condesa. Heaven for kids. Eat churros while kids play.

Nice urban park. Stayed in an apartment across from the park for 2 weeks. Quiet at night, noisy with dogs during the day. Beautiful and safe, has a small library/community center in one part. San Gines is a great churro place on its north side as well.

A pretty little park, popular with dog walkers especially in the morning. Fun to see the Great Danes, the Chihuahuas and the hairless Xolos all hanging out together
