Club de Patos

This was a beautiful day all around. From the moment we arrived we were treated as very special guests. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the staff were accommodating, present, and very kind to us.

We felt as if we had a private beach and the way they had it set up for us left us without words. The landscaping around the pool is gorgeous. I could go on and on about Club de Patos and how wonderful the people are, how amazingly beautiful the property and beach is, how delicious the food and drinks are, but I implore you to go and truly experience it yourself.

Its a laid back boutique lodge with attention to detail wall to wall. Even their staff are a fantastic team with a visible cooperation and no problemo approach to any request.

The staff are wildly accommodating. The food which can be requested on your schedule is superb and can be delivered to the beach, your room, poolside...

The rooms are spectacular. The pool is gorgeous. This place just exudes exclusivity without trying and a vibe that's chilled out. While the prices are not 'cheap' it is truly a highly value accomodation for those who want to be pampered, feel special, and want quality ...everything. The Yucatan has many diamonds in the rough and this one of them.

Thanks for saving our weekend in Sisal. We will 100% try to return with friends and family soon.

PS. The Umbrellas will offer shade on the beach but it will not block 100% of the sun sun. You can get badly burned from laying under the umbrellas for the day on the beach. Be cautious as its easy to stay at the beach front for hours...

This is such a beautiful hotel. Really great attention to design, private beach and nice pool. The rooms are breezy with an outdoor shower and hammock. Well thought out materials give it a nice feel. It's very relaxing, being a bit outside of the town center. We stayed here for a day, but could have easily stayed for several. Can't comment on the food since we didn't eat here, but there's a good selection of spirits at the bar. The staff is very friendly. Only issue was the double sized bed which was advertised as a queen (seems to happen often in the Yucatán). It was easily be 2-3x the price if it were in Tulum. Sisal is great for avoiding the touristy beaches, and has some good local options for restaurants specializing in seafood.

I can't speak more highly of Club Patos. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful, the beach is near deserted, with wam swimmable ocean. The food is OUT of this world. I can't wait to come back!

Four days.

Un hotel digno de Sisal. El lugar perfecto para disfrutar la naturaleza, una playa como ninguna con instalaciones muy bien pensadas, diseño increíble y una atención de primer nivel. Su cocina es inigualable, y el personal te hace sentir en casa… 10/10!

El lugar es muy lindo. Muy tranquilo y tienen la mejor disposición. Los meseros son muy amables aunque no muy experimentados. La comida está bien. No esperes sorprenderte. Una linda playa y lo mejor es que te la preparan como quieras. Sillas, camastros, mantas con cojines o incluso mesas. Todo el personal del hotel es súper amable. Definitivamente volveríamos!

El personal es súper amable y te hace sentir como en casa. La atención es excepcional y te sientes especial y cuidado en todo momento. Además, el lugar es muy tranquilo y perfecto para desconectar y relajarse.

Hay algunas cosas que se pueden mejorar, como la presión del agua, pero son detalles menores en comparación con todas las cosas buenas del hotel. Y si te quedas por un tiempo, es posible que el menú de comida se vuelva un poco monótono, pero hay muchas opciones para elegir.

En resumen, si buscas un lugar para relajarte y tener una buena atención, definitivamente recomiendo el Hotel Club de Patos.

Die Anlage sehr schön und gepflegt. Frühstück und Abendessen hervorragend. Zimmer sind sauber, groß und gepflegt. Service freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir hatten allerdings keinen Mitarbeiter gefunden der englisch Spricht, nur spanisch, was aber nicht weiter gestört hat.

Club de Patos es un lugar de muchos lujos, si decides hospedarte aquí tendrás el lujo de la atención, el lujo de la naturaliza, el lujo del silencio, el lujo de la oscuridad de la noche y la luz del día, el lujo de los detalles, de la comida y la bebida.

Excelente lugar super recomendado para descansar y disfrutar.

La atención de todo el personal fue espectacular. Te hacen sentir más que bienvenido. Todo el tiempo estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades.

Las instalaciones muy buenas y con gran decoración.

También tiene una muy buena cocina. Nos sorprendió.

Se convirtió en nuestro destino favorito de toda nuestra luna de miel. Un gran destino para descansar.

Lo pasamos muy bien, el hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. Todo el personal es muy amable. Sergio Legorreta (Gte) siempre estuvo al tanto de nosotros. La comida es riquísima y la barra bien surtida. Muy recomendable.

Excelente hotel boutique, servicio de primera, la atención de Jordan, Lupita, Moises, y Enrique fue excelente. Hermosas vistas, y la playa hasta parecía que solo estaba para nosotros. Un hermoso y privado lugar para pasar unos días alejados de la ciudad y del bullicio, disfrutando la naturaleza que ha sido respetada en el hotel. Amplias habitaciones, lo mejor fue la regadera al exterior, con vista al mar. Las comidas se sirven a la hora que el huésped quede con el personal.
Lo único que recomendaría a los futuros visitantes es cargar o comprar raidolitos ya que si hay muchos mosquitos, y como es un hotel ecológico no hay mucha fumigación. Los locales los conocen como "killers". Excelente lugar para disfrutar en pareja.
