One&Only Mandarina

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service and breathtaking views it offers. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our hosts, Juan and Angelita , along with all the other staff we encountered, were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request.

We got the ocean view treehouse villa. The views were nothing short of spectacular. The amenities and facilities provided were top-notch, from the luxurious spa to the fine dining restaurants. We felt pampered and relaxed throughout our stay, and I can confidently say that this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return and experience the impeccable service and stunning views once again.

This hotel is probably the most impressive I’ve ever stayed at. The scenery is spectacular, the villas are stunning and beautifully appointed, the architecture and interior design of all buildings is understated and very high end. It is a great place to reconnect with nature in utter comfort. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I hope to have the privilege to come back. Wow, what a sensational place!

Certainly the best resort we have stayed at in Mexico. In another class, well above our experiences at other amazing 5 star hotels like the Four Seasons in Cabo. The jungle vibes, the rooms, the pools, the service, the food, the fitness area, the multiple beaches are all top notch. Just an hour north of PV so it’s super easy to get to. I almost didn’t write this review so I could keep this gem of a hotel to myself :)

One of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed at. Location is stunning and remote, but you never want to leave the property anyway with so much to explore. Service is impeccable and thoughtful - from people remembering your name to your favorite drink order - it doesn’t get better. Rooms are modern and beautifully outfitted, though beware that some can hear the music coming from the Tree Canopy bar when doors are open (it ends at 10pm). Already looking to book our next trip back.

The hotel experience was amazing, let me first start off by saying the staff were great and the view of room was spectacular. I really enjoyed the experience of the hotel it felt like I was in real life Amazon trip.
The pools were family friendly as well. I have to say the food was delicious too. I will definitely be back and recommend it to my friends and family.

An amazing and exceptional place with incredible ocean and jungle views. The design melds into the jungle landscape so well, very thoughtfully done. Our meals were exceptional - traditional Mexican flavors and tasty dishes.

It was a great place to relax and have some time for myself. The place has a great view and the service was amazing, really what was expecting. I'll definetly will go back to recharge my energies and get myself conected. The design was unique, the best part was the pool on the cliff, something very unique.

Enjoyed dinner at the property visiting with a guest. An absolutely gorgeous and exceptional property with incredible ocean and jungle views. The design melds into the jungle landscape so well, very thoughtfully done. Our dinner was exceptional - traditional Mexican flavours with a very modern twist together with outstanding service. Not inexpensive by any measure, but well worth it! Highly recommend.

I would give it more stars if allowed. The property is incredible. Privacy within a beautiful setting. You will not be disappointed. The only thing more magnificent than the setting and facility was the staff. From the engaging Director of Operations to our hosts and all others we had the pleasure of meeting, the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. This is a very special place.

Have visited Nayarit twice and had the pleasure of staying at this resort both times because of what a great place ot turned out to be on my first visit! Beautiful location, nice amenities and close to a lot of other great attractions. Would definitely recommend!

I visit this place a week ago the attention and the service that I received was amazing. Definitely was the best experience and highly recommend this place for all those people planning to have a great time in couple or with the whole family vacation.

Be ready to feel like the Queen & King that you are, for you will feel treated like one every step of the way. You will be welcomed into the family in a container that is a next level absolutely magical space. The General Manager Sergio sets the tone and everyone from him to the gardeners and every single person in between genuinely wants you to have the best experience possible!

Is this maybe the most high end and costly place you had ever visited? Maybe -
Is it worth every last penny? Absolutely.
Sergio greeted us as we arrived which felt pretty special and every single staff member we met was incredible. The hand they put over their heart not only when they greet you but greet each other is pretty special.

The rooms are exquisite, truly. There is nothing like these tree houses in the world. The designer out of AZ Rick Joy did an over the top beautiful job.

The service is beyond 5 stars. The staff make this place something really special. I can tell they love their jobs and are truly passionate about making sure your stay is top notch.

Octavio was the lovely gentleman who literally took care of us our whole stay. It was like we were the only people who existed in the world to him.

Thelma and Jackie kept our room beautiful. And Pablo, Pedro, Luis, Aldo and Simon were all fabulous drivers. Ariel was lovely at the front. The staff at the restaurants are next level too. They ALL greet you are you come in! Everyone! I was so impressed with how the staff treated each other! That is rare.

The property is absolutely stunning. It’s so intimate and private. The food? 5 star. Like AMAZING! The fish chorizo and the corn ceviche and pizza are all mind blowing. The welcome drinks (mine was no alcohol) - incredible. The views are wow wow wow. The bar is super cool as is the music, the Fathers Day Cigar was something else.

We stayed at St Regis. Distrito 88, Sussuros del Corozon, and the Hilton Conrad on this trip. Everything amazing but One and Only will be a special memory in our hearts forever - it’s just on a whole other level.
Don’t come planning to pinch Pennies..take care of your people. The prices are high but like I said It’s Worth every dollar!

Welcome to paradise, this place is incredible. We stayed for three nights in Nov-21 and wished we had stayed much longer. The entire property, from rooms through grounds & spa is spectacular and the service is phenomenal. It is a hefty price tag, but it's such a gorgeous, exclusive resort I thought it was worth it. Of note is the spa which, much like the hotel, is embedded in the surroundings and is an absolute must, both from a facility perspective as well as service. Breakfast at Alma restaurant was absolutely delightful with a rich buffet and excellent menus. Dinners at the other restaurants (Jetty, Carao) were not exceptional and was more in line with some other Mexican resort destination - to me this was the only area of improvement. Still, go and splurge, it's a phenomenal property! Great for couples and honeymooners.

One of the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed. I would especially thank the complete staff which is truly next level especially our buggy driver Louis was for sure one of kind. Highly can recommend this Jungle Hotel. The energy is one of kind 💖💖💖💖

Just wrapped up an amazing week at O&O Mandarina. The resort is lovely — set in a lush jungle with beautiful views to the Pacific. The design of the treetop villas is incredible — modern interiors with great outdoor terraces. Each of the villas is private and secluded, and you feel like you have the entire place to yourself. Beyond the beautiful setting, great amenities like the spa, and delicious restaurants available at the hotel, the service while here was impeccable. Guillermo and Alejandro were wonderful hosts who made sure every detail of our stay was taken care of and seamless. The morning yoga classes offered at the Aura Deck were taught by great instructors and we especially loved the classes Nicole led — wish she was located at home to continue our practice. The servers at the restaurants were welcoming and always made sure we enjoyed our meals — we especially loved Paola at Carao that gave us great recommendations for stand out dishes. And lastly, all of the drivers that take you around the resort on cute buggies were really lovely and welcoming. Hugo was one of our favourite drivers — always made us smile during the drive across the property. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

I’ve been coming to Mexico 1-2 times per year for about 40 years. This resort is one of my top 10 for sure. It’s better than the new Auberge and about even with the Rosewood Mayakoba, and Las Ventanas in Cabo. We have a villa which comes with a butler. Ask for Jorge J or Tomas G and you will not be disappointed. We have the jungle view which we love. Public spaces are clean and the equestrian center is world class. Come between November and May to see the polo matches.

Wow. Best experience of our lives. We came here for our honeymoon and were not disappointed- the perfect balance of luxury and untouched nature. Every detail was thought out, the staff are all so kind and attentive, food was out of this world great, pools were insane, our room itself was extraordinary. They even allow you access to the magical spa amenities even when you don’t have a service booked which was the perfect start to each day. September is rainy season but being from San Diego we truly enjoyed the beautiful storms. And even so each day there was plenty of sunshine to enjoy.

Our favorite part of the trip was our hike to La Abuela with our guide Danny. Danny had such a great energy to him, led us safely on the hike, and then guided us through a life changing meditation. I hope you see this Danny and know how much that experience meant to us- thank you!!

There wasn’t anything I would change. No clue how this doesn’t have all 5 star reviews. Absolutely no issue with buggies like other reviews mentioned, longest we waited was 5/10 min. If you love raw, real nature coupled with artistic luxury, you will be very very happy here.

Wear bug spray though (they provide you some). I didn’t the first two days and got quite a few bites.

I've never been here, but someone contacted me on my phone today and offered me money to leave a review on this page. Apparently, this place hires 3rd party companies to leave positive reviews in hopes of boosting sales.
