You should vist the market if you travel to Dawei. So many traditional foods and they are cheap. Dawei Arr Pone is the best food, its make with rice flavor and coconut milk. And sea foods are good in this market. You can shop in DDPC shopping mall also.

Good food market and cheap foods! The juice bar is really good and also the fish was very nice and good price! Mostly local people that go there! There's also a wine bar close to it.

City in Myanmar

Dawei is a city in south-eastern Myanmar and is the capital of the Tanintharyi Region, formerly known as the Tenasserim Division, on the northern bank of the Dawei River. The city is about 614.3 km southeast of Yangon. Its population is 146,964. Dawei is a port at the head of the Dawei River estuary, 30 km. from the Andaman Sea. As a result, the city is prone to flooding during the monsoon season. "Dawei" is also the name of one of Myanmar's 137 ethnic minorities. source
