15k Khat / $10 USD for a single private non-smoking room. I was also able to rent a motorbike from them for 8k MMK to go around town. The room is basic but it's not awfully dirty or anything. Great for a solo traveler like myself. It's noisy because it's close to the main road.

Very basic, but seemingly clean. $12 for a double with private shower. One guy on the staff speaks English. He seemed a bit hungover, but otherwise friendly. The showers are cold, but halfway through March that's all you really need. Towels, soap and toothbrush are all in the room. Mediocre a/c and fan, so no need to sweat. All in all, a good option for a night

Great if you are in the market for a budget hotel. Although the facilities are slightly basic for the price you can't complain. The staff are all very helpful and the room was clean. I paid 15000 Kyat for a single room with AC. Would stay again.
