You may catch up 191 up train for visiting Beikthano ancient city. Minhla RBE left at 13:00 and Magway 191 left at 14:00.I can not tell you exactly about long journey train schedule for Bagan and Rangon cities because both train pass through midnight and postnight time.It is more likely to get tickets if you arrived early at the queue.
